Welcome to Hunts Point South Bronx. Part 2 of the Bronx hood vlog tour with ‪@luxuryloso0125‬ In this video Duece takes us around his old neighborhood in Hunts Point from where he lived as a child to where his parents put in work. Hunts Point is known for being one of the most dangerous hoods in NYC, but besides the darkness, this neighborhood has tones of rich culture and lively people. We start the video at Spofford Ave & Barretto St and end the video at Vernon B. Bain Center (The Boat).

The unfortunate Michael Tyson was incarcerated at the Spotfford Detention Center during his youth. He caught another case when he knocked out a corrections counselor. I'm happy to see that Tyson has turned it around and become a respectful celebrity in 2024.

Hunts point is beautiful. Puerto Ricans show love. Full of families, and people trying to survive. Little by little it is getting better. Just like any other neighborhood it has its ups and downs but for the most part it’s unique. Here’s a fun fact: hunts point has everyone from Brooklyn, Harlem, queens, Long Island, Staten Island. Summer nights are epic. I’m from Harlem but hunts point is my ❤️.

Heard a lot of spafford back then. Was in C-74 Dec 7, 93’ in infirmary getting proceed and saw Ferguson on the TV lit up the Long Island railroad.

Hunts point is not like how they making it seem lol yes it has it's issues but the community is moving up and doing well . Ya'll making it seem as if Hunts point is the same hunts point from the 90s when in fact it's not and it's 10x better than before and the neighborhood is going through a full on gentrification Era if hunts point was as dangerous as ya make it seem then homie wouldn't have been outside with mad jewelry and being mad flashy lol .
