One of my favorite episodes! The two-sided doll is such a perfect Christmas present from someone who loves to give of herself to someone who can appreciate a true “gift,” instead of what we generally think of as gifts: something needed, wanted, or asked for.
Thank you so much, Olga, for providing a peek into your lovely home and sharing your family history and the treasures you and your children have created. You’re a marvelous story teller, artist, gardener, wife and mother.
Wow such a lovely gifts for your husband-sooo much love and attention You put into them. And I like your library - very British stile I would say so. Thank you for sharing Olga. Very interesting and warm person You are!
How lovely are the gifts and how thoughtful you are! There is joy and excitement in each and every video you grace us with. Thank you and many blessings!
How so very lovely your treasures are-you brightened an otherwise gloomy day for me and reminded me of all the precious hand-made gifts I've given and received. True treasures!
You are so welcome! I really didn’t know what to expect after I recorded this video, since it was more personal than usual. And messages I received are wonderful! Thank you!
Thank you for inviting everyone into your lovely home and life. I was having a very difficult evening this evening so I’m glad I watched this video for some cheering up. Your doll is beautiful, as well as the story. I’m sure your children and grandchildren will treasure it always as well.
Oh and the doll!!! Exquisite! I hope it can last forever. I know you can get special bags to store wedding dresses in to preserve them. Maybe the doll could go in one of those.
Every single person who watches this video says the same sentiments that I feel… “lovely” and “merry”. Love your videos on any subject. Merry Christmas to you and your family…
Olga- You are not just an awesome gardner but also a very creative lady. Your love for your family shines through in every word. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and garden.

Olga you are such a creative women... would like to know more about you and your intrests in the future videos. Keep posting something like this till spring. Loved your gifts to your husband.
What a delightful video you created. Everything that you enjoy creates a nostalgic feeling for me. As a child, I loved dolls and roses and lace, everything pretty! When I watch your videos (especially this one) it makes my inner child recall all those wonderful things that I used to love. Your fireplace, your hand made gifts, and even your beautiful green walls all look magical to me. You and your videos are like something out of a fairytale.
New subscriber here! Olga, I loved the needlepoint story on the family's Merry Christmas sign heirloom. Capturing the faded colors into the new unintentionally makes that picture even more special! 💕
I just watched this video, and I have to say that Olga, you are a woman of many, many talents!! Your gifts to your husband are just so heartwarming and your home is beautiful, just like your gardens!! Thank you so much for sharing!
Olga, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and Christmas Decor. You did a wonderful job on that sign ! and doll ! What a peaceful setting you have in your home !
I love this video so much… Thank you for sharing this with us you are incredibly talented and so full of life, you really inspire me! I did not want this video to end… I hope you’ll consider sharing more of your family stories and traditions next holiday season.. Or any holiday tradition. So many people enjoyed watching and hearing about the stories behind what you have created and things in your home… I could listen to you talk about anything actually… I’m so happy I found your channel! I also see that you just bought a David Austin Desmedona rose.. I also just bought two of them. I also bought lady of shallot and I’m waiting for Olivia Austin to come back in stock… We will have a similar yard! I can’t wait to keep learning from you I’m new to roses and you have helped me so much. I live in New Jersey and I was going to put my roses in whiskey barrels. You saved me when you told me but I would have to move them in the winter and I realized that was not something I could do… So I will put something else in the pots and the roses will go in the ground. Looking forward to your videos… Love to you and your family ..praying for them in Ukraine. ♥️
Oh, I so enjoyed this video, listening to the stories and sharing your Christmas gifts that you made and also the ones from your children, so precious. The Merry Christmas embroidery is beautiful, I appreciate all the work, time that went into it and that doll……..so cleaver and the workmanship, what can I say, absolutely wonderful. Thank you for sharing, Merry Christmas!
I am so glad that this video brought you joy! It was somewhat hard to come out of comfort zone and share more personal side of me. But now, reading all the comments, I am glad that you enjoyed them!
I really enjoyed being welcomed in to your home Olga thank you for sharing. My husband is Northern Irish, he moved to Wales at 18 and that’s where we met. Ireland is a beautiful country have you ever been?
I have never been to Ireland, my husband went many times and even studied there, he loves it there. We definitely want to visit and show kids their great grandparents’ land.
Loved this video Olga- the stories behind each items :) I didn't realize you were from Ukraine. You must have alot of emotions these days with the current state of affairs in Ukraine. Thoughts are with you and your family.
