Welcome to Playa Forti or better known as Westpunt Curaçao!!
Another youth sentiment for me. Westpunt wasn't our first go to beach when we where kids, yet spending weekends there with friends in weekend houses gave this beautifull place a special place in my hearth. Playa Forti is mostly known for the jump spot off the cliffs, but be aware and jump carefully and with precision as a wrong landing can send you straight to the doctor or worse. Yet dont let warning scare you away from a dive into the amazing crystal clear blue waters. You wont forget jumping that cliff! The beach itself is never ever crowded and on many days you will have the entire place to yourself. Next to it you will find Playa Piskado where you can snorkel with many turtles but more about that one in another welcome to video. The scenery of the neighborhood Westpunt is picturesque breathtaking and peacefull to say the least. A must visit if your on the island.
