The "it" factor is often used to describe elite athletes, though few are able to explain just what it means. But to be an Elite 11 quarterback, you definitely must have "it."

I'd argue that calling someone out on their picture is more "cringe city" than his photo. Plus, the whole concept of "it being dead" just shows how you lack individuality and you let society tell you what is and isn't "still cool to use". You lose.
