Thanks. I began having problems with the wire feed on my Millermatic 175 and have wasted quite a bit of wire trying to figure it out. I recently replaced the liner so I believe the problem is with the tensioner. As a relative newbie to welding, this was very helpful.

I was having issues with bird’s nest on the drive roll. My tensioner was too tight. Thanks for the video!

For such a small welder (160A-200A), Can we replace the torch line from originally like 3m to 5-8m without an issue on motor feed power or poor arcing?

I'm at work I can't shoot you a picture of video just at the moment it is the black knob that holds me roller on after a few minutes of welding I find it slipping and that being loose
