Well done sirloin steak :( with asparagus and my chunky black pepper corn and onion sauce. 

For the sauce
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 medium onion, diced
4 garlic cloves
Parsley
Salt to taste
2 cups of cream
3 Tbsn black pepper
1/4 cup beef stock
