On this episode we head over to Alabama International Dragway to do some testing. I meet up with Finnegan who's trying to run an 8 second pass in the rubber duck firebird. Meanwhile, I'm over here just trying to break into the 6's in the 1/8... The mustang ran a 7.0 in the 1/8 the last time out and since then we added a new camshaft and swapped the rear gear ratio from 373 to 456. It started out like your typical roadkill episode. The brake master cylinder started leaking before I even made a pass. After fixing that we ran a 7.1 at 102 five times in a row. Although slower than before I was impressed at how consistent it was. Turns out we have the wrong torque converter in the trans and the car is an absolute dog off the line. But a bad day at the track beats any day stuck inside!
