So I’m struggling with trying to take the front sprocket off I think it’s called because I’m getting an new engine but when I try to take it off it just spins the fan on the inside idk man I’m down bad lol please help
Once again thanks for the informative and visual demonstration of exactly what I needed to see. Quick question though, I'm thinking of putting a 36 tooth rear sprocket in and take out the 50 tooth obviously for a way higher top speed, and change the gear ratio from 5.00 to a 3.6. What are your thoughts on that? Curious of your opinion. Thanks
Hey bro bi chance do you know what the original jackshaft sprocket inner size is I want to change the 10 to a 12 an I've got 3 already an they say 5/8s but they won't go on the shaft so I'm thinking it's not a 5/8s shaft but I no its not 3/4
I have a mini bike that had the 52 tooth rear and a 10 tooth drive sprocket, instead of buying a new rear sprocket (60 tooth) and more chain, I just changed the drive sprocket to 9 tooth (10 bucks on Amazon) and got pretty much the save increase in torque with a lot less work! All I had to do was adjust the chain tension.
@@Partnerthedog yeah, I thought of that… so far it’s been OK…. I need to pull the engine and work it over this winter… maybe a billet flywheel! Thanks for your suggestion
Hey Brother I asked about you a while back hope your doing good hope you're feeling better just wondering if you're going to have any upcoming videos I would like to stay in touch with you I'm down here in Florida riding my Chinese scooters and I greatly enjoy your videos I have been looking into finding a used ice bear didn't really matter what color just something to Tinker around with I have a TaoTao sport 150 been giving me trouble in the clutch area so I have been working on that getting things back up to go hopefully you get a chance to read this hope all is well👍
Hello, great video man i just have a quick question, what size/pitch chain comes stock on these colemans 35,40,41,420? It's so confusing with the different options online haha!!
@@calioutdoorsman9300 it's the eBay torque converter $60 delivered to your door I have seen the Go power sport ones in person and I really believe they're the same ones only problem is if you're running the stock motor you cannot use the eBay torque converter you have to go with gopowersports they have one for a 5/8 shaft which is what the motor that comes on it is the predator is a 3/4 inch shaft
Where did you buy that exhaust header... It looks like it comes out under the seat ...I may be wrong but doesn't the go power sports version turn and come out the side ? Thanks any info. Would be greatly appreciated...
Yes you are right it did stick out the right side check out my video on cheep CT200U-EX exhaust it shows what I did thanks for watching if you have any questions just hit me up
@@bigbellyracing2527 ok I'll check that video out and sub while I'm at it ..at the current moment I'm saving up to buy 2 ct200u-ex's I'm gonna have to mod them because my fiance and I want to travel to Nevada to ride and camp on b.l.m. land
Hey can someone please help I keep getting mixed answers, what makes my bike have more tourqe. I often find it not zippy enough in the take off for my taste.
Big Belly Racing I did install one on it but it’s still lacking in the low range.🤷🏼♀️ I was think on installing a bigger gear too that’d give me more low range right? I have a 40 tooth on there right now and I’m thinking that’s my problem! Thinking on a 60 tooth
@@bigbellyracing2527 I still have the stock 50 tooth on mine and a torque converter and it hits 41 mph now. I was thinking of replacing the 50 tooth with a 44 tooth in hopes it would get me close to 50 mph but I don't want the low end power to be that bad. Decisions decisions !!
@@bigbellyracing2527 , thank you for the reply. I am looking at the 60 tooth sprocket from go power sports and I can add 5 ft of 420 chain to the order. Is this the correct chain to use on my Coleman ct200u-ex?
