One thing we need to acknowledge is that almost all the scholars or historians have their personal biases - Abhijit Chavda and Dr. Ruchika Sharma must have their own. When these studies are being published, do you really think that these are raw observations? I disagree. The thing I appreciate here is narrator's acceptance that we are living in an era of post-truth modernism where every understanding is a misunderstanding. And this is not only happening since 2014. It has been happening since long (which also include period of INC government). So whom to believe - it may be possible that Ruchika ji has bias against Hindutva and Abhijit has bias for Hindutva. In the era of infowar, let's question everything. Think rationally and indulge ourselves in relevant deliberations. Don't blindly follow anyone - whether it is your government or it is some random historian giving lectures on some random YT channel. And for the stories of Ramayana and Mahabharata - why is one section dying to prove that these are actual events in history and the other section is eager to prove that these are mythology? I believe that the intention of these (factual or mythological) stories are to determine the social ethics and give us all life-lesson on how to conduct ourselves. Let's get over the obsession to prove these epics right or wrong and focus more on the lessons and learnings.

I encourage everyone to find the genetics study of our ancestors and our DNA. There is a study comparing harappan people’s DNA to the present DNA as well. It’s a complex and fascinating read. There have multiple migration’s throughout the North West India and Persia multiple times and that has left a trail in our DNA. It’s not only accurate, it’s beautiful. Mad it’s of no use if you tell this to an andh Bhakt. Another point about when someone says everything wrong in the school books. School books can only publish information which have been published in a reputable peer reviewed journal and accepted. And no civilisation can go back beyond 9000 years because ice age ended around 10000 years ago. Most of earth was covered by ice then. We don’t see glimpses of that in any old books.

Another major proof of the Vedic or Hindu religion NOT being thousands of years old is the fact that we cannot find classical Sanskrit in India before the 5th - 6th century AD. Before that, Pali and Prakrit were written in the Dhamma script. Interestingly, none of the so-called Hindu scriptures are found in Pali. Moreover, when the British excavated the Ashoka Pillar with Pali engravings, Indian Pandits called it "Bheem's Gada" because they couldn't decipher it. The only thing that is thousands of years old in India is the false ego and baseless confidence.

Except Muslims all others who came to India accepted the tradition ,the language and the culture. If we dont look at the vedas as religious texts but as historical documentation with a bit of exageration we will be a little closer to the truth. Even if we don't ,what about the sophisticated writing system? sanskrit is few of the ancient language that is still in use, what about the sophisticated architecture, the numerals that we still use in day to day live( the notion is modern numerial was arabic but they themselves called it the "Hindsa" meaning 'that is from Hind').Its true as the professor here said that there should not be an imposition of present onto the past . We can go on as for zero, artha sastra (by Chanakya) , History say that alexander's army denied to enter into India after the war with puru. And it was out of exhaustion. But regarding the then Nanda kingdom, their great military and treasury, it is very unlikely that they refused to invade such huge kingdom only because they were tired😅😅. But now regarding our position we should draw inspiration from our past to remind ourselves that what great has been achieved in this land and inspire ourselves to lead the path again.

A few weeks ago I visited Dhanushkodi. The route passes from Mandapam to Pamban to Rameshwaram to Dhanushkodi. Everyone talks about the bridge between Dhanushkodi to SriLanka. But everyone ignores that Rameshwaram, Pamban, and Dhanushkodi are on an island. Presently we have a modern bridge between Mandapam and Pamban. It is known as the Pamban Bridge. If anyone built a bridge between Dhanushkodi and Sri Lanka then why did they not build anything between Mandapam and Pamban?
