I have watched a couple of dozen WHW videos but yours is easily the best. The drone and tripod shots were excellent and doing the voice-over in the edit is a vast improvement over the usual aimless babble into a GoPro on the trail. Looking forward to more from you.

First of all- what a beautiful name you have! Very rare and very pretty! 🙂 Now, I've seen a tons of WHW videos, short and long, interesting and boring. This one is stunning! It's deadly interesting and inspiring, and on top of that- it's made on a very high professional level! Just kept my full attention during a whole story, initially I was planning just to kill some time before doing some other things... ....and the story itself.... 😋 At some stage I felt that I'm back in Scotland and walking again some paths. First, congratulations on your first long distance solo hike while wild camping. I'm really impressed with how well you handled it, especially coming off food poisoning. Second, you did a tremendous job in capturing the wild Spirit of the Scottish landscape. I had visited Scotland about a decade ago, and it brought back great memories, including that sense of awe and wonder that arises from within us while deep within the majestic mountains of the Highlands. I could FEEL the Joy arising again within me as I watched that beautiful smile on your face. This was the first vid of yours that I caught, and I will be subscribing. Congratulations on completing the West Highland Way Ramona. Did you edit this video yourself it was beautifully edited. I stopped at many of the campsites that you did. I was in Fort William on the 29th of April this year so only just missed you. But this year I was doing the trail from north to south. I too love hiking solo too, you meet so many people great people.

I wish I was as good as editing, I feel I would get a lot more views. What editor do you use if you don't mind me asking. Also may I suggest if you are ever back in Scotland again you try it from Fort William to Milngavie, north to south, it's like a totally different trail

I very much enjoyed your journey. I am a backpacker but have only visited the Highlands, not backpacked there. A good strong pair of hiking boots certainly does help the pack feel easier to handle. Total ascent is 4,312m (12,143ft) with the highest point at 548m above sea-level. It doesn't feel too steep when I was walking it :)
