Good luck with it. I found it to be a simple fix. Another thing u can do is cut up old milk jugs into strips & melt them into the crack or hole of your yak
@@CaptainBadChad i was just reading about the milk jugs too, lol. You mentioned fiber glass sheets. Did you buy them separately? I don't see them mentioned in the kit ( though they include a good amount of things). Our kayaks are hdpe, ok to use fiberglass to repair it? What about wire mesh,like? I have more of a long 1 inch hole at the widest, really. About 4 inches tall.
The kit i purchased came with fiberglass sheets. Cut them before u mix your epoxy. If u want to do the plastic, depending on where your hole is, try to tape it off from the outside to maintsin the correct shape & eye appeal to your repair.
