Everyone's saying parramatta starting strong and will fall off, they don't realise eels actually haven't played all that well, yet they've been winning. It seems they have this new found confidence and can really turn in up when its time too, example the whole game against Melbourne. I'm not saying they'll win the comp but they're a different team this year that's for sure

There are many annual sporting tournaments that have teams whom have never had their hands on the championship and so it really isn't a big issue. If the issue was that every team in the competition is required to win a championship then it wouldn't be fun would it

Parramatta made that game a lot harder for themselves than what it should have been. If Parramatta were better with the goal kicking as well it would have been 42-22.

@@raabihfaitrouni7699 Running behind your own player is ok when it has no effect on the defence. There was nobody close to him. Can't see that Gutherson is in front of the kicker for sure. Looks pretty close. You'd have to see a plum camera angle.

@@danielkelly4487 Shepherding requires the run behind to obstruct the oposition ability to tackle the player. Otherwise any kick to the fullback would be a shepherd because he's running behind half of the team.
