In July 2020, I hiked the first 650kms of the 1000km Bibbulmun Track and in July 2021, I finished the remaining 350kms.
My 2021 hike was more difficult by a long shot… I ran into four other hikers in total, got rained on EVERY day, rolled my ankle and nearly slid off the trail into the ocean never to be seen again. BUT hey, I conquered, I overcame and honestly it kickstarted my journey to becoming a more confident, fearless, happy version of myself.
It was a ride. A bumpy ride.
