A nice video Sherralin , Off on the ferry to Santander end of Sept . In the past i have been so ill on the return ferry in December i swore never to do Biscay in winter again. Please could you tell me which route you would take from Alicante to Caen . many thanks Peter
Thanks for watching 😁👍🏻 It’s best for you to look at a map/google maps or a GPS so you can the decide the correct route for your vehicle and times as there are a few different routes I use. 😁
It's a shame the format of the video 🤥 If you filmed with a phone, put in full movie format in the settings. After the camera placed on the windshield, it is not the best place to film, it's juste personal opinion🙂. Angles Mort (Blind spots)stickers are one more French rule ...I agree, people who have a job at customs should have a minimum of English. It's a option for confort eyes, at night drive😉😎 Stay safe

Logically yes. We need to get passports stamped as we are entering Europe. Custom paperwork is all done online nowadays, not like 30yrs ago, and clear ‘in transit’. Some things still need to be checked though, like fish & dairy products, these need vet certificates to prove they pass eu rules, in the same way things would do if they were being sent to Australia or America for example. A lot of the red tape we encounter is because Europe didn’t like us leaving but French have always liked their paperwork!
