If you don't level your tarot cards up once they reach max upgrade, it effectively locks them off from having more tarot card upgrades allocated to them. By doing this for all of the cards you do not use, you can funnel all of your upgrade cards to the tarot cards you want to use. Great way for limiting the RNG of tarot levelling

Best is damage on time . At hardlvl 10 u get 497 percent damage and Deals 1 percent so better a lot of debuff with hardcore timedamage i build a sniper every shot gets fire shock and bleed so enemy dies quiet in 5 secs Plus crit Chance at 60 percent its op to every tank or boss

Initially, when I got this game I didn't like it due to the load times. That was back when I used a Xbox One. Now with a Xbox Series S this game is so much better!
I found it relatively easy playing it on the highest difficulty. Just shoot and run, rinse and repeat especially versus the higher bosses. Use the sentry guns. Flamethrower is a must.

My psi tank goes every cast in red warp so every few secs some beast or explosions are arriving i use this against Bosses so the Boss gets a lot of aoe dmg and my armor can dodge out of the dangerzone till aoe comes
Awesome! Psyker is pretty dangerous right now with those anomalies, they became more dangerous in the last patch so its important to keep moving to avoid them :) or get a bunch of warp resist
Nope! The whole psalm code system (in my opinion) is very poorly implemented. love the idea behind it, there are some really cool things you can do with mixing certain doctrines, but it's so hard to sort, find, and apply these things, there's not even any in-game resource that tells you what psalm-code doctrines are available If i remember correctrly, icarus is the final red tier of psalm codes, so it might be possible that you haven't picked one up yet? it helps to look in the psalm-code combining screen in the crafting menu just to see the icon of the one you're looking for.
Shao Co. the environments can get repetitive, as well as the forced perspective not really even giving you a chance to really appreciate, or even actually realize where you are. but the atmosphere, music, and mystery filled storyline all help with the settings when they can. also, the game is kinda repetitive by design so the environments falling to the background isn't even that huge of an issue, considering how often you're doing the same kind, or very similar missions. all in all, it's a really fun game and if you're interested in the lore, dark fantasy/light cosmic horror setting, or a fan of diablo-style arpg games id recommend it

Jan Panek most games "force" you to do things if only because a) it's in your best interest and b) it's how the game was intended to play. what, exactly, is your issue with this? it's kind of an integral part of game design. i also didn't really notice any time he said you HAVE to do anything, except when he's giving specific instructions on how to access/do specific things. he's simply using stronger language to enforce the idea that it's healthy for your experience to follow his advice
