Watching this in Calera,AL. Lost 50 myself on this. Blood work was good. One thing rarely mentioned is that the joint and body inflammation goes away. Don't get stove up anymore. Great video.
In my mid-40s, I bucked up my will power and took the dietary advice my diabetic husband's nutritionist gave him--despite knowing that I did better with a low-carb approach--and succeeded in losing weight. I was vary proud of that achievement, but people who knew me asked if I was okay. It was not a healthy weight loss. Ultimately, it appeared I managed only to lose muscle mass, despite continued exercise. Still, I persisted. But at about the six-month point, I became completely unable to lose weight, no matter how I deprived myself. My belly began expanding , like a starving child's. So that's how that experiment ends, if you pursue it doggedly. (Honestly, where did they get these terrible ideas for diabetics? You know, their patients try and try, and when they inevitably fail, it's their fault, and they subsequently wind up on dialysis--which is profitable to the hospital.) I control my carb consumption (certain amount inevitable due to social concerns), focus on good fats and eat a decent amount of meat at noon.
Having pork chops, and a few asparagus. 😊 And, yes, I know. BUC-EES! Anthony went there on a trip from Dallas to Corpus Christi, and bought a big stuffed Buc-ee! Lol! ✌️❤️
So, we finally had a pork loin for supper. Marina had a healthy side of sour kraut with it, and sat at the table, repeatedly telling me to have some, to which I replied, "Get thee behind me, Satan!!" But the pork loin was good 🙂
@@wheelinandgrillin Lol!!! I will take a pic of mine and post it. It’s cooking now. My son brought me some brisket and pork butt today. That’s for tomorrow. 😁✌️❤️
