Verónica shares with us a relaxed talk about the economic value of reproductive work and the need for a paradigm shift which includes the economic value of breastfeeding and the work of "care." It invites us to reflect on the role of women, and of men, within our society.
Verónica is the mother of two teenage children; she is a Nuclear Engineer and a PhD in Engineering Physics. She is a champion of breastfeeding rights. Simultaneously to his professional activity in security and reliability of complex technological systems, he has been working for 18 years in the promotion and support of breastfeeding. She collaborates with local, national and international organizations that promote the value of breastfeeding and parenting. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the INVAP Foundation.
