Tell me why I’m not pregnant, not even married, but I love watching pregnancy content 😂! I really like your stance on not spending an outrageous amount of money of top luxury items, like the dockatot for example. I’ve seen (from all my pregnancy content watching lmfao) that first time moms are the #1 target for that market and understandably so. Even I don’t know if I’d “fall” for that if it was me, because everything is new and exciting and you’ve never done this before so most tend to go with the “best of the best” just to make sure. That doesn’t always work out because every baby is different. I have a friend whose baby absolutely hated the oh-so-loved Snoo, and another friend whose baby preferred the Target $29 dollar bouncer over the Mamaroo. You’re very wise, especially for a first time mom! I’m super excited to follow along your journey and already can’t wait to see the super squishy faces of baby girls!!
ahhhh hi Jess!! hahaha so happy you’re loving the pregnancy content, I was the same way and always watched pregnancy videos wayyyy before I was ready to start my own family 😆 YES it’s so crazy how much first time moms are marketed and told we need the most expensive items!! sure some are worth it but man some are just NOT lol (we’ll see if I made all the right decisions when the girls are here.. haha)
We loved the twin z pillow and the halo bassinet…. With twins you will need two of some things and make sure you have stations… we had an extra wide floor mat with toy bar and mirrors but we had a mamaroo and a swing… and two baby bjorn seats… you want anything that makes like easier…. The first 4 months babies slept in one big pack and play side by side in the main family room…at that age they sleep through anything … we just put changing pad on the floor because it’s hard to leave a baby and go to changing table in the nursery- twin girls are the best ❤️❤️

I’m not sure how big that frida bathtub is but when your girls are a little bigger stokke makes a generous sized bath tub that is collapsible! There’s a bigger size for siblings and because it does collapse it saves so much room. I have a 2 year old the size of a 5 year old who loves bath time and it’s been great

i had my son a year ago in March and my registry almost perfectly matches yours!! we LOVE the muslin everything. I couldn't recommend more giant muslin burping cloths, i think i got a big oack on amazon quick! they are amazing and so big so they catch everything! Also, we had that tub and it was great but he outgrew it around 6 or 7 months, but my friend was showerless and literally just used a big plastic storage bin! I love following along on your journey!!

So many lotions on your registry...my midwife recommended for the first year to bath the baby in pure water and after bathing use almond oil for skin care. Just as pure as possible without any chemicals. This is only my experience and maybe another perspective. you can do whatever you think is right for your babies. ;) hope the twins are not to different in size now. hi there! that’s great advice & I’ll definitely keep that in mind, as mentioned I plan to go as natural + organic as possible with products so I’ll consider almond oil! thank you for your sweet words, the baby girls are growing perfectly so far 🤍🤍
