I liked your VID. My only issue is some ux designers confuse industrial design with ux... They think a UX person designed your ketchup bottle. When in reality it's been industrial designed.
Independantmind Agreed. I feel as though many companies skip the UX step & go directly to the ID phase. There is some UX in ID, ergonomics for example, but, and I'm assuming, that the demand for product turnaround is high; so much so that ID can only implement the minimum of good UX design principles.
