Great video. 80s comprehensive schools and Geography teachers thinking they are Pele, I remember well. I nearly did this race and wish I had now I’ve seen your video. The dirtiest thing I’ve done recently was crouch and go at the back of an industrial estate last weekend when I was caught short. It was a shameful moment 1 mile in to a 20 mile run…. Don’t tell the wife 😂😂

Great video and looked like a great rum. I do a run wot was called the suicide six now been changed to the tough un. Through mud and streams. A great cross country but you can see the number of runners dwindling down. Such a shame. Keep up the brilliant work. 👍👍🏃🏻‍♂️💪🤣🤣

Oh, MARM, my eternal gratitude for dredging up memories of old school teachers! I won't be catching any Z's tonight, buddy. You see, I had the unfortunate pleasure of attending Ounsdale Comp (Stalag 19) , where my swimming instructor was none other than Anita Lonsbrough, an ex-Olympic gold medalist. Now, you'd think swimming lessons would be a splash, right? Wrong! Anita had a talent for turning swimming lessons into a prequel from Jaws and we were the unwitting cast.. I'm convinced she single-handedly transformed more kids into dry-land enthusiasts than any coach in history. I'm contemplating defecting from the Austrian MARM Separatist group - because nothing says rebellion like joining the Austrian MARM Separatist Splinter group. Thanks a bunch AMSSG 😆

Horsham parkrun bac in November. Grass was muddy and slippery. i actually fell on a path that was submerged. School cross country on Epsom Downs was pretty bad as well
