My freightliner m2 i do hear a constant sound underneath the driver side, it's loud. I know it's coming from turbo. I replaced turbo actuator but still have same issue. What could be wrong any suggestions would be highly appreciated? Thanks.
It’s my fault… I must’ve cracked the sensor when I was removing the EGR crossover tube LOL ha ha ha ha. Really though, that’s probably what happened, I’ve seen it 1 million times. Got to be careful with that lower passenger side EGR crossover tube bolt, or remove the OEM harness connector from sensor before attempting.
I have a 2013 T660 with an ISX. Ran scan with my snap-on pro link. Coming up with AFT SCR CATALYST CONVERSION EFFICIENCY code...OEM code 3582- FMI 31. Any ideas on troubleshooting this issue? Thanks
Run an SCR Regen, not just a dpf regen. You Need Cummins insite for this. Conversion efficiency codes usually mean they need a clean out or they’re done for.
@@BulletMcNugget Glad you have not had issues. Unfortunately I have. I did a cal once at the 1939 Data link port and the ecm received the cal fine but the parameters were all wrong setting multiple codes. I always cal the ecm at the Data plug on the engine harness. I recommend you do the same. The parameters did not take I think because of all the traffic on the 1939 network. I fixed the issue by having a known good template of the vehicle and reinstalling it. I've had this issue with the inline 6, I bought a rs232 cable its slower but it never loses the connection. And that laptop you have is it from diesellaptop?
I am getting these same codes intermittently . And alot of white smoke at highway speeds only when heavily accelerating or climbing hills with a heavy load . Could this problem be sensor related ? Or something deeper like a bad DPF or fuel injector ?
@@davidhernandez7161 wasn’t losing coolant . Got tired of throwing money at it so I gave in 🤷🏾♂️ cut it out a year ago and haven’t had a problem since ✂️ best decision I’ve ever made 🙌🏾
Were can you get ( BUY) the computer software too fix little stuff like this im sure this lab top is around 5000 to 10000 i have an X15 like your vids keep them coming
Yes, i heard it too and at one point you can see in the video i try feeling for air with my hand but if i remember correctly i found the flex pipe after turbo broken...
You have them from $600 and up but usually $600 to $900 on dhgate. You won’t be able to update the software with that product but who cares you can keep using it.
