It’s still not realistic if they pretend to like plant based it’s literally disgusting and I’m a vegetarian I literally only eat ice cream because every thing else is really gross
Me,as a dancer, I drink a LOT LOT LOT of water and it helps me a lot.I am not starving all the time due to water and I can keep dancing for 6 hours a day without getting too tired so........ DRINK WATER GUYS
Finally a realistic one! So tired to see super low carbs, skipping meals, unrealistic dancers' diets. I mean, if they do eat like that, they are about to get in trouble. I loved how you showed a real day, with varied food, with meals you had no time to prep. That was great!
There are girls IN MY STUDIO who tell me on a daily basis, "London, can you even make it through class without water? London, you drink too much water...London, why do you even drink water, you don't need it...London, if you drink water you'll gain weight, you should probably drink less..." And I see them take one sip of water a day...I'm concerned, because some of them look like they might pass out, and don't give even a good amount of energy on the exercises...
Water has 0 calories lmao you may only feel more heavier from drinking water because ur simply putting something in your body but it al goes out in pee lmao don’t be afraid to drink water it actually helps to lose weight
miiley. Water weight is a thing because law of mass conservation and all but water is all in all healthier than eating too much from feeling empty where there should be h20
Ohhh thank god someone who is also hungry again before going to bed when having dinner at a normal time..how do people like go to bed with eating nothing anymore after, I would be soo starving lol
My whole family eats dinner between 7:30-9 depending on the day - we don’t understand how people eat dinner at like 5 or 6 and go to bed with only that 😅😂
2 things from a fellow vegan dancer! 1) I had to stop buying that nutiva stuff because I would eat it all in like two days and get sick it's SO GOOD 2) I'm with you on matcha vs. taro boba, but ... thai tea boba? I def recommend if you like matcha! Love your channel, thanks for such wonderful content!!
Honestly I feel that me being a ballet student on a diet makes things different.i am trying to lose the weight so I have enough fuel. What I do eat is small and healthy Edit: okay, do I do have body dysmorphia. I had forgotten about this comment and I just saw it while scrolling through the comments on this vid. Btw, when I put up this comment I didn’t know I had it yet. If I had known I would not have put this comment uo
im vegan and one thing i dont get is u can add apples berries starwberry buleberrys blackberris and just a pice of a banna and the whole thing tases likea banna
I love that you eat everything and a lot of food 😊🤗💕. Always when I watch a ballet dancer eat, they eat so little, and it makes me feel bad on how much I eat but never when I watch your videos ☺️
Congrats! A tip: you know how you engage and lengthen the muscles in your foot for a regular tondue? When you're up on pointe, think about engaging those same muscles instead of just letting the shoe hold you up. It may seem difficult and unnecessary at first, but it will really help you in the future. Good luck!!
Hi Mackenzie! You really helped me to grow more of a passion for Ballet, literally almost like 8 months ago, I didn’t like going to dance. But now it’s my third home (I’m not rich my parents split) I love ballet! I’ve been doing it for 7+ years already so I know a lot but I have gotten way better through this year. I wanted to say thank you for inspiring me.I’m actually going on pointe soon! My teacher said I was ready, and you helped me get to this pointe :) thank you.
I'd love to hear how you eat chickpeas or what recipes you make with them. I have some chickpeas at home and I have no idea what to do with them but I'd like to try them!
I train for 6 hours a day 7 days a week... I swear to you the grocery bill... I eat a lot of fruit for the water and a lot of pistachios/almonds for protein. Every dancer is different and every person needs different things but the biggest thing for every dancer is to stay hydrated. I drink I kid you not 2-3 gallons of water/gatorade a day and burn it all.
Yeah. Us dancers have to eat pretty much all day . I love that your so honest with your diet. I pretty much do the same thing I will eat a late breakfast then eat a light plant based dinner around 10. Lunches are pretty much touch and go. I normally try to either have a smoothie or a salad during breaks.
As a dancer i eat when i feel i need to eat and only eat as much as i need. But when having snacks i always make it something good for me like healthy fats in nuts or fruit or protein in some way. Also make sure you have protein fibre healthy fats carbs and veggies in all your dishesss
hey y’all !💜 God put it on my heart to tell you to make time for him, he knows you’re trying your ABSOLUTE hardest and best, but he wants a relationship with you, please put him first and get right with him (for the right reasons) there are some turbulent times approaching, so take God more seriously Xo, Vic💜
Fascinating. I love WhatIEatInADayVideos. I never knew an athletic dancer could live on just caffeine, fruit, grains (both convert to sugar), nuts, beans, and grains (None of which I eat myself, but you seem happy enough)
You are so underrated! I am 10 and I was not able to do ballet for a while due to covid so I've been trying ballet at home making up my own routines and you have been a big inspiration thank you so much!
Lol ur so funny mackenzie luv u ❤my fav was the nutella toast it looked so good! Also the matcha boba! Also I'm a ballerina, and I eat a lot sometimes too so its totally normal!
I’m from Italy and if you think you eat late ..... think that here we usually have dinner between 7:30 / 8...and in the south of Italy especially in summer we eat around 9 / 10😂✌🏻
i really really really want to eat like you do and I’m trying so hard I swear but anorexia tells me to starve instead I hate it and it sucks so much but you’re still such an inspiration to me
You are right balance is everything , some people don't think they need fat and carbohydrates but they do ...... you want to loose weight ( know how your own body work , drink alot of water and divide your meals in smaller amounts because they will increase your body's digestion and metabolism levels)
every day I eat: lunch: basically ramen noodles in chicken broth with some pringles (usually slightly over 1 serving 😖) snack: rice krispies and oat milk (usually ill have 1 or 2 big bowl fulls) dinner: whatever my parents make which is usually some sort of meat, carb and vegetable. I also have 3-6 bottles of water per day (give or take) and i dance only 6.5-7.5 hours per week :/ and yet i am still gaining weight for some reason 😖 (i also can't eat any raw fruit because it makes my throat swell as well as my mouth/throat itchy and tingly)
I have the same issues with some berry smoothies, but I feel strawberries and blueberries work great. Raspberries are my favorite for jam, and I also love them on the top of my oatmeal, but in smoothies because of the seeds. I would also recommend not to try kiwi in smoothie of you have issues with raspberries, just a friendly advice 🤣🙈
I love tofu, so the Indian tofu lunch must be my favorite. I would probably have some green with it, since I love things like baby spinach, and green beans. Some broccoli would have been good too. And I would have put some baby spinach in the smoothie too, so it would be “monster smoothie” 🤣🤣 Yes you have to eat when you are so active. It will work for some time to not eat that much, but then your progression will slip up. I have eating disorders, and I am now on a normal weight, but has been overweight for many years, but my issues for this round of ED has been eating too little and I have been on lower weight. (I have still weekly weight ins, and appointment with my GP, and I am in my thirties) I found that I need to eat so I can do the things I love the most, and for me that is hiking. I go on walks/hiking 20+ hours a week, and that is not possible in the long run with eating too little. I am glad that you show so reasonable day of eating, and that you say in the intro that food is fuel, for everyone, also when you are not working out. Thank you for sharing and love from Johanne, Norway 💕😊
I love this vid! A girl I used to be friends with asked me what my passions were, I said I was a dancer and she replied “Oh ThAt’S WhY Ur sO sKiNnY” people who aren’t dancers typically never understand that dancers especially ballet dancers, in fact eat a lot to fuel themselves for the day. People are so quick to jump to conclusions which is rly frustrating
thank you so much for a realistic video! Plantbased for the win! Do you feel a different since you're plantbased? Maybe you could share it in a video with us? And I was wondering do you track your calories and nutrions?
