Out, damned inkspot! out, we say!
Fluff up those pillows and get comfy on the sofa. The Part 2 trailer has arrived and it looks like we're in for a rough night.
But there's no time to dwell. With all eyes on the upcoming blurry nuptials, we're busy confessing our love in churches, hiding our secrets in drawing rooms and taking a late night carriage ride for an impromptu rendezvous.
We'll also be helping Colin rearrange furniture and popping the kettle on for the most tragic cup of tea since...uh, Colin's previous most tragic cup of tea.
The yellow sheets have officially been unpacked; Pen's made her bed and now she's gonna lie in it.

also since they are making references between the story of eros and psych with Colin and Pen. Eros and Psyche have a brief moment of 'marital bliss' before her sisters convince her to kill Eros, (to make a long story short) eros catches her and leaves, and Psyche has to win back/prove her love for him. This could be mirrored with Pen and Colin, they could have a brief period of calm in their relationship, then a conflict happens with Pen and they have to work to communicate their feelings for one another and be on the same page.

Yay - starting to listen now. It's been a stressful week (spent some time in the hospital) and y'all bring me such joy! I hate that they made the trailer paint Pen in such a negative light...I think it is deliberately misleading with some audio splicing. I feel certain Pen will try and tell him herself and isn't trying hard to hide it. Also, I'm predicting now that sad teacup Colin is because HE caused a fight, not Pen. Luke said in an interview that at one point in part 2 he steps in and makes things worse. Side note: I am obsessed with the song My Days!

I’m literally listening to this the night of the premier (like 30 min away from it!) !! as the person who still believes that church scene is the reading of the banns, I think Colin might hold her up to joke by something along the lines of "it's official now, you can't change your mind" and Pen wants to reassure him that she wouldn't do that anyway, because she's always loved him.

I am so anxious waiting for part 2 that this episode felt like a breath of fresh air in these stressful days! I had so much fun watching it. Beans realising that she had not seen the actual trailer was absolutely priceless!
