What a Barb! Episode 51 - What a Return to the Wilderness! [Podcast Update] 

I am so happy you are going to contunue. I didn't want to let this Podcast go... i love Polin they will always be the best i will always want more ... thank you i love you ladies.

No need to sound so apologetic... the Herculean effort you all put in week after week, month after month was incredible to witness and greatly appreciated but ultimately wasn't sustainable. We're lucky to have received what we did and look forward to getting rewatches, crumbs, etc. at whatever pace allows you to take proper care of yourselves and want to keep producing more podcasts.

Please take your long awaited break! I remember in Dec or so it was announced that there might be less episodes. Thank you for all your hard work! We've been so spoilt for promos for the past 5-6 months, and you've been so diligent with updates as well.

I found this podcast in like February I think right after the Valentine's Day event and I remember catching up on like 30+ episodes in three days and wishing I'd found this podcast while we were still in the wilderness weeks, but y'all got me through those last few months of waiting and I'm excited that I get to return to the wilderness with y'all now!! Glad y'all are gonna be able to get some much deserved rest and I can't wait to rewatch Polin season with everyone!

I got into this podcast so late in time, like two weeks before the release of part 1, but how glad I am that I found you. You are such a lovely bunch ❤ I'm really happy you are going to continue. You don't have to apologize, it's only understandable that you want to take a break! And it's well deserved too after all the last hectic months. And even if Polin is not going to be the main focus of next season anymore, I still feel like they can be given a pretty decent amount of screen time. More than we had with Kanthony this season in comparison. Of course it will depend how available Nicola and Luke are to film S4, because I bet they have plenty of offers now. But it seems like they care about Bridgerton and the future of Polin from the interviews I read here and there so I'm hopeful we'll get our fill of Polin next season. And plotwise there are things that need to be explored regarding Pen's column. And Colin's writing career. 🙂 Is he going to do a series of travel books for different countries ? He could do that in S4. It was in Romancing Mr Bridgerton after all. I'd like to hope they can have a significant part in Benophie's story too, you know with Pen being more familiar with the working class people than the other Bridgertons due to her past as lady Whistledown. Pen could be a key to help Benedict find trace of Sophie. I'm pretty positive that S4 is going to be Benedict's season. And that the casting of this "Emily" is none other than Sophie. You cannot make me think otherwise. I'm still processing Polin's season like the rest of us. The more I rewatch it, the more I appreciate it. Of course there will always be a few things that I would have liked differently, but overall now, I'm very pleased with it. My motto is to appreciate what we've been given and not regret for what could have been. I want to have a good memory of this season, and that's the case now. My advice is to rewatch it the whole season. Several times. It helps. And there are so many things I loved this season. It makes me appreciate it all the more.

Bridgerton fan here (Benophie is my fave but love the show in general) and was hoping you guys might start talking about the show a little wider as I love your enthusiasm for it, for the actors, the characters. Appreciate your faves will always be polin but the enthusiasm which you mentioned a possible Sophie casting and Benedict hopefully being S4, but also then Eloise hopefully, made me think it will be lovely to hear you guys continue to enjoy the show in general, regardless of how much polin we get in S4 (hopefully they're in at least 4 episodes since Kanthony were in 4 for S3) but being realistic as clearly Nic and Luke are in demand now, same as Jonny and Simone are (need them back for at least 1 episode and jonny for 1 Bro's scene minimum!) Also, I just love how well done your podcast is. So many people these days think they can just do a podcast, but you guys do it so well, clear, beautiful to listen to, well paced but fun and enjoyable. So glad you are continuing. Also will be nice to have crumbs as and when anything about S4 filming comes out. We know we will be getting so little over the next 9ish months. Anything we get will be dissected to within an inch of it's life

You're all so amazing for doing this for us fans. I only found you on the more recent side. I needed something to get my mind off of the one year anniversary of my dad's passing in May, so I really dove in about mid-April and continued on ever since. However, all of your speculations and predictions were SO MUCH better than the show itself 🙈so I ended up being disappointed in Polin's onscreen story (although I still enjoyed the season as a whole), so I'm not not sure if I'd follow along for season 4. Regardless, thank you for EVERYTHING. Y'all are QUEENS!!! Maybe I'll tune in for the rewatch!!!

I am so happy you guys are continuing. Since I had no one to geek about Bton I found you guys & last 1 year has been so fun bcz of you. Polin is my ride and die ship and no other couple will have me on chokehold as much as they did but as a viewer I am still excited for the rest of the series bcz Bton is such a comfort show. Looking forward to your episodic breakdown episodes and what other things you have stored in for the future. PS- I still believe(40%) it's going to Eloise next bcz it's so late for the casting call for Sophie. Simone was casted year prior for S2 also narratively it is making most sense.

The part 1/part 2 recap eps were great, but getting a deeper dive, and hearing you reminisce about crumbs you found or theories you were totally right or wrong about from scenes… yay!!!! I didn't want to say this on your little Bridgerton break but..... Polin pregnancy arc in S4 (to S5?). I think Colin finding out/suspecting her condition first and Pen finding out about it last would be an epic rom-com chapter for their story. Portia or Anthony being happy for them but also thinking "didn't you two just got married a few days/a week ago?
