New Subbie! My daughter is pregnant, so I started watching several others. And came across your videos. Out of them all I don’t recall anyone mentioning gifts for the nurses. Coming from a nurse’s perspective you would know. I think it is a wonderful gesture. Thank you and thank you to all nurses and doctors and staff. I will make sure I pass this on to my daughter. My advice is to put everything inside one suitcase even the snacks, so it is easier to carry one, thank many bags all around. God bless you and hope you have a healthy baby❤️.

I hope and pray everything goes well ! Now I want to tell to something from my delivery experience last year ! We girls feel super excited about all these prep but I remember I didn’t need almost anything during my stay in hospital whatever I packed , they provided all ! First 6 weeks being able to go to the toilet felt like the biggest blessing 😂😂😂 ahhh still remember those aches but there is still happiness in that I must say ♥️ changing own clothing , feeding everything felt like forever .... but after a month I started feeling human again 😂 but yeah all these shopping helps later when you go back to home and many things feel like unnecessary.... it’s all about experience ☺️ being a doctor I used to feel that I know all about it but practically it is very different

I was a doula and I LOVED how you kept mentioning "breast feeding" because nowadays it's not always given the importance that it should (I know not everyone can). Thanks Leena. I’m pregnant with baby #3 but I loved seeing an L&D nurse’s take on what to bring. I brought so much my first time and much less my second! Also, love the nurse gift ideas. I never know what to give but snacks are always good! Curious, do you have to wear a mask during labor? Our hospital (in PA) requires it currently.
Nice list of things you might want to think about packing, thanks. I've never considered, and hope not to consider, if my clothes or shoes are nice or 'cute' straight after giving birth. I wear what I like and feel comfortable in, always. I guess there are some items that are specific to this event though.
The time has gone by so quickly! I hope you have a safe final few weeks of pregnancy and labor. I know when I get to have a baby of my own I will definitely refer back to your videos. I would love to see some videos later where you tell us which products you bought that you used a lot and which ones are not so necessary.
