Its something a lot of people miss, but look at his tooth and gum heath! I recently switched froma processed vegan diet full of bars and meat substitues, to a whole food plant based vegan diet with only ACTUAL foods like veggies fruits gluten free breads and pastas! Im celiac so no gluten soy or beans for me:/. But its the price my body pained from years of eating meat and diary, a small price to pay for it having CURED my autoimmune diseases including chron's disease and my rheumatoid arthritis!

A vegan diet is also sustainable, takes up a lot less land and water. It's a win/win/win. You save yourself while saving the planet while saving animals (I'm assuming you mainly eat a WFPBD) To not be vegan is insanity - Albert Eistein probably.

Actually it takes up more land and water to be vegan. You need to look it up and fact check against meat and how much land and water it takes up. I think you have been brainwashed by he said she said. Look it up in an unbiased way and you will see.

@@dawudtahir1270 The IPCC/UN made the opposite conclusion. That vegan diets use far less land and far less water and other resources and that we could feed a population of 2050, with an estimated several billion additional people on less land than we use today, with a vegan diet.

We are meat eating animals we hunt animals and eat them same way the lion hunts and kills the animals for food. A lion won't eat an already dead animal and humans won't eat an already dead animal either.

@@dawudtahir1270 You're right! A lot easier but also a lot harder in my opinion. I really don't want to kill anything(and that's the hard part for me) but still can not rely just on vegan foods during winter in cold climate. Just don't have the facility to do so.

That morning smoothie sounds amazing. Glad I found this video tonight. Made me happy when he said he doesn’t want to kill flies. People think we are crazy for valuing the lives of insects.. but they just want to live too. Compassion is usually.. even unconsciously how people are judged around me, as to who I even want to associate with. This dude is awesome.
