I love seeing First Nations companies tackle the issues most important to them. Even here in Canada, the housing crisis is critical but especially in FN communities. I did census in the Far North and some houses had upwards of 18 people living in a place meant for 5-6 people max.. Heartbreaking!

Pop ups- yay!! Have them on just a second or two longer, but they were great! Not sure what i liked the best, but the copter ride was pretty outstanding!

It's ironic that we took all the Navajos land that finally after all this time they are getting something that they should have had from the start! They are now being provided jobs from it. They look comfortable and well made.

Kristina, I am going to watch this over and over so that I can read all the blurbs...I missed a lot because as I was reading, I also wanted to hear what was being said. Sista, I want one of these, but I am not hugely big on all of the electronics for fail safe reasons. Where I live, power goes out a lot (Deep South).

These are so cool. I hope they do grow enough to be able to be avaliable nationwide. As a personal preference, I wouldn't my home fully automated, but for those tech loving folks, I think these houses have some amazing features.

That was cool!! I looked at Modular maybe 20 years ago and I liked what I saw then. Just the cost of land around me was as much as buying a house so it didn't make sense to me here. This looked fun. Now I want to find one I can go visit lol. The nerd in me loves this stuff!! Thank you!!!

This is definitely one of my favorite factory home builders. So they finish them on site during the 10-day set up? And THAT'S why they don't have any finished and furnished models to tour at the factory? Also... I think the easy part is selling and building affordable factory made homes. But... the tough and expensive part is just about everything else. Locating affordable land zoned for such a dwelling. Water, sewage and electricity. Shipping thousands of miles. A competent setup team. A driveway to an attached garage or carport. Basic landscaping. Finding someone that will bundle all these expenses into a single 20% down 30-year mortgage. Finding someone that specializes in insuring your type of home. I have yet to find anyone on YT that addresses these types of concerns.

So you can view homes set up in Phoenix Arizona. Here’s a link. zennihome.com/ since these homes are built to IBC building code they qualify for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage and they also are insured like a typical traditional home.

Yes. They are for the public as well. Currently only approved for Utah and Arizona.

One question I have; is the Citizen designed to possibly qualify for USDA mortgage, if a correctly located parcel of land could be found? I know that in the past USDA was more likely to prefer a minimum square footage of perhaps 800 sqft. That USDA in the past would prefer to lend for a home that is more "average" in it's square footage, being less than 2000sqft but also not too low a sqft below 1000. If that has changed, that would be a real opportunity for those who qualify for the lower interest rate of a USDA mortgage and also who desire to live in the citizen model. Also, would I be correct that in most of USA, any type of mortgage on the Denizen as stand alone parcel property, would be difficult due to it's small square footage? That the Denizen is more so likely only possible as a ADU, unless a uniquely zoned parcel and a special lender could be arranged? I like these homes very much, just curious to know if the lower-interest rate lenders intended for a lower-income demographic will cooperate. Love the VH1-esc retro pop up video feature, so fun. I expect someday the algorithm will push this video and it will be much appreciated by the youngest demographic in need of home ownership education. This was not an easy video to create, thank you for making this trip so we can all learn more about ZenniHome. Your dedication really shined with this!
