What are HR Consultants? // Human Resources Consultants

It weirds me out to see employees being called consultants. Human Resources Consultants are third-party, external professionals. One thing for sure, I don't see myself having that as my ultimate career goal anymore.

There are also HR Consultant staffing agencies as well. So that'll be a good way for someone to use their experience and also understand how start your own HR consulting. It's good money but crappy benefits. I've done 4 month projects to 8 months projects

Great video, do you help train someone that is considering going into consulting? I'm an HR pro 12+ years... don't want to work a traditional schedule anymore

Hello, I have graduated and earned an HR degree. I want to be an HR consultant. Is it possible or I need more experience before becoming a consultant? NB: I have 8 years experience in working in Customer support before deciding to change my career path. Thank you
