To all the people out there hurting, maybe this is the first time you’re dealing with this. Speaking from experience IT WILL PASS I promise. The pain will pass. It will become a distant memory and you WILL be happy again.

You’ll see lack of communication on her part. Alot of women are poor communicators when it comes to conflict and would rather check out emotionally physically and mentally days weeks sometimes months prior but still tell you “everything is fine” they won’t tell you anything till they leave. They’ll still use you for your attention and validation during they time tho… instead of communicating whole time you think it’s 2 player game they unplugged a while ago… how is that effective for fixing problems? Often times they won’t communicate that loss of attraction so you guys can fix it. They’ll just drop all the problems on you as they breakup with you.

Some women are Narcissists and are unable to bond and connect. They will use and abuse you until you have nothing else to give and discard you once they’re bored or found a new supply. It’s important to educate yourself on personality disorders so you can learn to avoid people like this. Not everything is your fault.

She was the the second camp and I had no choice but to let her go after she continued to try to reconnect emotionally with me while still being in that relationship. Me and my ex met up yesterday. She regretted breaking up with me after realising all the good we had together. We sat down and talked through a lot, focused on the problems that ended us in the first place. But once we had spoken about it, we’ve drawn a line. We’re not “back together” but we both want that to be the case. Just taking things slow (when it come to the label) Our chemistry has always been amazing, we went out for dinner, had so many laughs, flirty moments, we did share a kiss that she initiated as well. It really varies because we fight hard before we leave. If we give it all we have, that woman will not go back due to fighting hard in the relationship, and due to the honesty, trust, and communication are destroyed. Even if we dump the guy dumps us and tries to come back. Sometimes, we will wear ourselves out mentally and emotionally, and then our mind is made up. When we are dating, it's hard on the old guy because we dont want them back but still love them but our minds are made up, its hard on the new guy because we have our gards up and he will not get in. I agree with the president's analogy, but then i dont because, when our mind is made up, the old relationship is obsolete. And we don't want to go down the same road with the new guy.We leave emotionally then mentally, then physically, you're no longer attractive to us. If we stop caring and showing and sharing emotionally, we have checked out. Our hearts become cold, and most of us start spinning men off and playing them because we don't care, and it's about getting what we want.

Ok, that’s true, now, the point of view of a guy…?

Some of what he is saying here may have backfired in my case. I was with my lady friend for a shorter period of time, roughly 5 months, and some of her negative energy when she was having a bad day was aimed in my direction. I made the mistake of pointing that out, and somewhat proactively and gently telling her that I wasn’t going to be able to sustain a relationship with that kind of negativity, and that I believed it would eventually turn toxic… And we would have to figure out ways to work those situations out. I don’t think she could handle that, and I think that she believes deep down that she will never be able to be the person that I was describing, and within a short while, she ended it, despite us having so many wonderful things that we shared together. I just don’t believe she had the mental bandwidth to manage what I was trying to say to her. So, I don’t know what I think about setting boundaries like that. I think in many ways, you either have to be on the same page or you aren’t. In my case, setting boundaries led to self destruction.

This is assuming all these people are secure and stable people. You may be attractive and goal oriented but if they are insecure and can't control their emotions, none of this will matter. Just do you, don't take it personally if they leave (it's their problem), and continue to try your best. Some of these videos put too much work on the man or dumpee. How to reattract this and that. Sometimes the dumper needs to get their sh!t together.
