I am 43 and one of the best things I've done is I stopped dating. Can't find any reasons to date. Got my house, got my toys, I don't make 6 figures, I'm not 6 ft tall, I don't drink go to bars or socialize with women, I basically don't care what women want or what they do and I'm quite happy.

I just turned 40. i can attest to the fact that even though I couldn't understand why when i was in my 20s i couldn't get the 20 year olds, and now, i get more 20 year olds than anything. That being said, at 40, my priorities are completely different than 20 years ago. although i still have a very healthy sexual appetite, i tend to favor women that i enjoy during the day as much as i can at night. I'm no longer married and believe that if everyone agrees to monogomy, then honor that, or else dont agree to it. I set no illusions with my women and make it clear that unless I put a ring on your finger, neither you nor i have obligation to each other. if you dont like it, there's the door, and please hand me my little black book on your way out. the beta male i was in my 20s would've believed that this approach would ruin my dating life as no one would want me for being so honest. turns out, too many women dont care about honesty as much as they put on. They just want to be told what they wanna hear long enough so they can justify to themselves why to open their legs. since it doesn't matter to them, i just need to be honest for my own self respect. then maybe i'll attact, instead, a woman that appreciates that type of man. until then, i'll enjoy my 20-somethings, and my 30-somethings, and my 40-somethings that are ok with not falling madly in love for a few months till it crashes and burns. but the respect i hold for myself, knowing that i do not let women take advantage of me anymore, that is priceless. i have no intention of ever settling down again, at least not until my daughter is stable and self-sufficient. She deserves my energy much more than some woman i barely know that means nothing to me . men of all ages, especially in your 40s, learn to say no. you earn respect for yourselves knowing your value and being steadfast in your defense of that boundary. you are no more her plumber than she is your paid s*x worker, unless of course you want that type of relationship, the kind we all have found ourselves in at a point. Less than 5% of single women in their 40's are dateable. Of those, maybe about 5% of those are going to be interested in you. Once you accept this reality that you will need to date 400 women before you find a reasonable match, you can then make an educated decision as to whether or not it's worth the effort. And make no mistake, finding a reasonable woman who is interested in you, is a long hard tedious time-consuming task. Most men will not succeed, and will either give up or settle for a low-quality woman.

It's hilarious to me that women (not to be disrespectful to women as a gender) who are definitely in the declining years of their sexual market value still think they can get a great looking, tall, successful guy with money and a great life, all while being single mothers with lots of baggage. I am not wealthy...yet I always have cash to spare (I live WELL below my means). I almost never buy clothes outside of consignment stores...yet I am commonly regarded as fashionable. I never buy new cars and repair my own, and save thousands of dollars better employed in securing resources. I drive an eight cylinder magnum rt because it is the one luxury that brings a smile to my face time and again (rat car project in the making). Not caring about the opinion of others affords me confidence in spades. HOWEVER, years ago I discovered that young women are VERY attracted to that...philosophy. Particularly women in their late 20s. I consider that a compliment...yet dangerous...since they are almost always 'sizing me up' as a potential husband/long-term lover and father of their children/meal ticket. BEWARE.

This video is a month old at this point but I just had to chime in. I ended up dating, and eventually marrying, a single mom who was an ECE with small children. I had two small ones of my own with my ex, so they were all about the same age. For a number of years I was locked into place career-wise and the choices for mates in my area were pretty much all 1) younger hotter but with kids, or 2) older women in the hair-chopping fat-accumulating "I give up on men" phase of life. So my Blue-Pill logic told me to pick the youngest one working the hardest. (Also, unlike most of the others, her children at least had the same father...sheesh) Things were already hard after my first separation, but this made it hell. I regret attempting the blended family situation more than anything in my life. If I had it to do over, quite frankly I would have remained single and just visited an escort once in a while. At least the split after ten years was quiet and amicable, and all the kids are grown up now. The stepkids DO appreciate that someone cared; I still get birthday texts and the odd visit. I was a very Nice Guy and definitely had a crusader mentality. I wasn't tricked into this, I dove in head first. I learned a lot, especially afterwards when I finally found the Red Pill. Don't do it, guys. Your life and freedom has immense value. Be very cautious about dating single moms and definitely keep her kids out of it, because they WILL get attached to you. Breaking up with a woman is no big deal, but walking away from fatherless kids who've formed an attachment to you is just heartless ... and it's not your fault she chose to breed with a heartless man. The reality is this in your 40/50's: how good are you at reading other people, listening to your intuition, keeping your feet on the ground, (managing your emotions) setting boundaries, being totally up front (assertive) about your lifestyle which you intend to maintain and not letting her move in with you, ideally ever, (living separately at this age is very healthy). Also you don't want kids at this age, you certainly don't need the burden of bringing up anyone else's..all the above is linked to emotional intelligence...if you can't manage your emotions, get loved up at the drop of a hat etc, then your likely to become the prey of a predator...

There is a difference between dating down and marrying down. Successful men should not marry period. Dating down no problem you dump them before they have access to your resources. Assume all women are hypergamous that way you will protect your assets. In addition by dating down you can get access to younger more attractive women. I speak from experience.

I went to my high school 20 year reunion. Every woman there was way too old.

I understand about being careful, and that is important, but we can't really hold hypergamy against women. It is an evolutionary trait. In the past they had to pick a man that would be a winner, or one that they perceived as a winner. This was done to ensure offspring a good future and higher probability of survival. So it's hard wired into them, love them or hate them. If they didn't have this trait a lot of us might not be here.

Doesn't Hypergamy naturally dictate that you can't date on an equal level? Or do you mean a more equal "closer" level? Also I find a LOT of woman in their 40's are in a bad positions. They waited till late in life to have kids cause of their "career" in pencil sharpening. Now 40ish with 2+ kids looking for a guy with money cause their marriage failed. I don't have the kind of money to support a woman with kids. I foolishly thought love would prevail. After the looks wore of she just stopped making time. "My kids need me". My point, don't fool yourself into thinking that money doesn't matter to them. At that point that is all that matters.

I’m a man 46: really haven’t achieved nothing in life, I’ll have to be honest and say that. I’m living in a house with 3 other guys, sharing accommodation. Met a 45 yo gorgeous looking woman 2 weeks ago, early child teacher, had incredible sex and intimacy for 2 days we met. From the moment we meet there was real attraction. Very few states have common law marriage. I live in the liberal lunatic state of California and even here that does not exist. As long as you don't sign that contract and to be safe, NEVER EVER co-mingle funds with them. I'm in my late 40's, happily divorced and am a low level MGTOW who makes 6 figures and has been dating younger gals for years. Check your own state to be sure. Great video btw!

"Captain Save a Ho" - Bahahahaha! That cracked me up. For the record, I am a 35 year old female. I am married to a 47 year old man. We have the best relationship. My third marriage and his second. I was divorced and widowed while he had been divorced. His income was much more than mine because I had went back to college, but I did not know this. I had one degree but decided to get a little more education. He did not tell me and I did not ask. Turned out, it was really good money. I took care of me and my kids without a problem. Together we are a force to be reckoned with. He brought 3 kids to the table and I brought 2. Have no kids together with no option to do so, which is more than okay with us. I think the key was that neither of us was looking for anything serious but was grieving together the loss of someone we cared about (my second husband, one of his best friends.) It gradually turned to a mutual attraction and the rest is history. That being said, agree with a lot of what you said. I as a woman ain't trying to save anyone either.
