Get real! 85% of people in the USA barely have $10K in savings! The best plan is to buy some land in a very rural area, so you can at least grow food or raise livestock, to be able to eat during any circumstances, plus you can build a home on your own land. The next step is to earn $100K USD each year (Save $200K in 5 years), then move to Southeast Asia, rent you a house for $800 a month, learn the language there in 2 years, marry a good woman there, start an export business to sell merchandise to people in the USA, etc, and relax...These are "Double plans " No need to put all your eggs in the "USA basket." 😊
