*Imagine if you busted out the flux capacitor, hit 88 on the freeway, and proceeded to warn people from the past that the Ford Mustang would someday become a battery powered SUV...*
I am a Camaro SS owner but I have always loved the sound of a stock Mustang GT. You can easily identify them coming down the road! Keep up the great reviews Joe. Huge fan!
I'm old too and I hate the sliver/chrome wheels most vehicle manufacturers tend to put on their base trim models. On our Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, black wheels are an option with an added fee.
@@shrayesraman5192 yeah man I’m supposed to go up there on my birthday I’m from philly I’m buying a one way plane ticket cause I’m driving one of those back
At about 1:20 he speaks on should you get the closing generation or the upcoming one. I think this is always a challenging question. My thoughts are this... the first of the newer generation will seem really nice at first, but will feel dated once the later updates keep coming out. The final current gen may not seem as cool by comparison at first, but will age better because you have the best of that generation. If that generation becomes a classic down the line, you will have the most desired version.
2021 doesnt quite seem to bring much new stuff to the Mustang GT so I'd still probably look for a 2018 if I wanted the active exhaust . just to save a bit of money overall
💯... Never buy new (unless you’re loaded with unlimited $) its a depreciating asset...Buy a pristine well maintained 3 to 5 year old one, so you don’t get hit with depreciation. My current car is a 2013 Lexus ES350 bought in April 2019 w only 30,009 miles.. Was as close to new as possible. Original Sticker was $42,500, i bought it for $18k nearly 40% off the original sticker.
@@jimvelie5654 yes true. Maybe original owner was meticulous and cared for it. Your own eyes can tell more than anything else. Even carfax & autocheck sometimes don’t report accidents if repairs are not reported through an insurance company.
@@4biddenflow electric cars are still in infant stage. All the electric cars out now are guinea pigs, about another century to finally see electric cars take over the market
Up until 3 weeks ago I’d never sat in one. After a 15 minute test drive in the 5.0 6 speed manual, my loaded Premium is on order. Just don’t know how long it’ll be before I see it with all the microchip shortages. Bummer
Mr Raiti replies to every comment even after all these years . This is what makes Raiti's Rides a special channel to me . I had taken advice from you around 2 years ago , to buy a brand new mustang gt 6 speed manual . It is a premium pack in white platinum color and will turn 2 years old this may , got a very good deal on it . Just like the shelby gt 350 to you , the mustang gt has been my dream car for a long time , feels good to see it every time I walk to the car .I was 25 when I picked up the car. Mr Raiti , I can tell that you've genuinely been a good teacher. The next time I visit the states , Florida is in my bucketlist and would be awesome to meet you. This is an awesome car community that you’ve created .
Hi Amruth! Thank you so much for taking the time to say that! Some days are hard for me to get to every comment but I always try my best. I am so happy that you were able to find the right car for you. Thanks for being part of the Raiti's Rides family!
Love the review! After watching all of your Mustang videos I bought my 2020 Mustang GT Premium! Best purchase I have made. Nothing beats the sound of that engine! Keep it going!
One of the things that make Raiti's Rides so enjoyable and compelling is the extremely compenint camera work and editing by Lori and her team; makes a difference! Joe, I love your delivery, opinions and honesty in your reviews.
As a Mustang GT owner and enthusiast, I really enjoy your videos and comments on the Mustangs. I do have to say that although I like many of the automatic features, I still prefer some manual options such as the reclining back being manual bc God forbid your battery dies, those automatic features won’t work, as we all know that anything automatic works on electricity. Same with the old school roll down windows; in an emergency, we could roll them down and climb out. Nowadays, we’d need to break the windows should we be in such an emergency. Just sayin’🤷🏼
Black rims really makes the look so much more aggressive, I have 18 GT in ruby redy with black rims. It looks amazing, awesome review btw.keep up the good work raiti😁🤘
i bought a new 20 velocity blue ecoboost mustang this past July, I love it so much but I will be upgrading to the 5.0 either this summer or next, I havent made up my mind yet!!!
Normally car manufactures don't really do anything to vehicle in each generation just some scribble scrabble 2018-2021mustang GT is the same vehicle no matter how much u slice and dice it
Got my 2021 GT yesterday!!! 😁🇺🇸😁🇺🇸😁🇺🇸 It was BETTER than expected. Also, without ordering the PP, I GOT PIRELLI's. I am still learning how to drive it, with all the options available. There was even a button gor drag racing...lol. Best 52k ever spent😁 The stereo sounded better also. Not the BO. I just wish everyone here had the opportunity to at least drive it, if not own one. Soooo Coool The sales rep even said that if a bird poops on your window, the wipers wash it automatically.😏 ne. It's sool cool😉
Wait for the 2022 guys…. I have the auto mustang ’18 and it has held its value pretty well and still basically is the same as the 2021 with same hp… just get the 18’ model and save 15k
Joe, for everyones record. The manual seat adjustment is for short ppl like me. I lean the seat back to disembark instead of opening the door very wide since I drive close to the steeringnwheel and might ding another car. Works well for me. And with the leather steering wheel, it scratches easly too. Leaning back is a must for me
I can’t stand the look of the hideous stripes Ford put on the current production GT’s. I refused to buy one my dealer had on their lot because of those ugly stripes. I love GT stripes but not these GT’s. Disgusting
If you haven"t ordered your '21 GT yet, I believe you have to wait for the '22s now. I am picking up my anti-mater blue GT next week. I ordered my "build" almost 4 months ago, and am getting delivery next week😁 I can't wait 🇺🇸. Signed my papers yesterday. Not the PP, but many options including the wheels shown here. With dealer prep/ delivery. It came to around 52k. I noticed the new tricked out F-150s on the showroom floor, reflected the price increases I was worried about with my GT. Fortunately, I dodged that bullet😁
Wow ! It’s been a while since I seen a Raiti’s video . I was here when you were below 100k now you’re over 400k . Congratulations you always have knowledgeable content . Keep up the fine work .
Thanks Joe! Still loving the mustang videos. Thanks to your earlier videos you helped me make my decision on my 19 mustang eco-boost and my brother got his 2020 mustang.Keep up the good work man!
I like the new polished wheels. After watching your video I would try to get mine like this. Those wheels and that new color look AWESOME !!!! 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Man I played your 2019, 2020 and 2021 Mustang GT review and you kept saying almost the exact same thing on all of your videos. Now I know that there hasn’t been much difference between the cars over the years, but you have to point out the differences and spend more time on the differences. I have seen your videos talking about the front and the end of the GT over and over again. And I still didn’t get what the difference is between 2020 and 2021.
Thank you Lori and Joe. 🙏 We were in that car with you. We’ve been COVID locked down in 🇬🇧 UK since the New Year and this week we have been snowed in. Great to be out and about in a Pony car in sunny Florida. 👍
Got my build date of March 15th for my GT. Wanted Kona blue but not an option so I rolled the dice on the Antimatter. After seeing your video I think it's an awesome choice! Thanks for the video.
The angle at the start of the video really brought out the best of the vehicle, the color, the rim, the profile was on point. Nice video JOE..kudos to Lori also...
i've always driven manual cars with under 300hp so getting into this 2021 was a lot different and a bit intimidating because what i'd do in a 4 cylinder car you can't do in a 5 litre.
My story with Mustang is my first cousin. He has gotten a new one every few years Since 1974 and his first Mach. I got to see the transition of this car closely since. It’s been amazing . Better and better each year
My mustang story....Me and my wife went to Vegas for a few days and I rented a convertible mustang to drive down the Vegas strip and to the Hoover dam. The mustang just hugs the road and the driver and I have always wanted to own one sooooooooooo bad and I really wanted one after renting it. I wouldn’t mind owning this one and after paying it off throw a whipple SC on it. Looks and sounds great. Waiting for the Mach 1 and redesigned 2022 mustang. Keep em coming!!
