@Clayton Reynolds I am inclined to agree with you. It seems humans have tried to interpret Isaiah 11:2 in a way that forces it to fit patterns of seven elsewhere, and the Spirit is described as many other things in many places. Also, Isaiah 11 is about recognizing the Messiah in bringing repentance and comfort, and Revelation is about how the judgment at the end of this age is carried out. I would look for a description of the seven spirits in the seven churches, the three sets of seven judgments, and any other set of seven in Revelation before I began looking for it elsewhere.

You cannot include the spirit of the Lord as one of them. The reference is of a sevenfold spirit, therefore 7 spirits make up one spirit of the Lord. It's like saying there are 7 colours in the rainbow and counting the rainbow itself as one of the colours. Doesn't work mate.

I was reading Revelation and keep asking my self what are the seven Spirit of God. As I got to chapter 5 vs 12 after reading it. My spirit told me to count it: worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive: so i count Power, Riches, Wisdom, strength, honour, glory, blessing.

That's not even what Isaiah 11:2 says; the words grace, truth, life, son, glory don't even appear in the text. Isaiah 11:21 And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord; V21 says the Spirit will rest upon him the following and what people are doing is adding the word spirit extra times into the text to create seven of them. Notice the text doesn't say "the spirit of wisdom and the spirit of understanding" the text instead says "the spirit of wisdom and understanding" The words "spirit" only appears 4X in the text yet the preachers which teach this doctrine are saying "spirit" is used 7x. Because they go to Revelation 1 for example and read about the 7 spirits before the throne in Rev 1:4 and the pastors told us there was 7 spirits of God so problem solved. But that's all wrong. The bible in Revelation 1 identifies 7 spirits before the throne, Hebrews 1:13-14 says angels are spirits, then Rev 1:20 talks about 7 angels of the 7 churches, then in Revelation 8:2 the seven angels are sounding seven trumpets. But we have to throw all of that context out because a preacher took the word Spirit 4X decided he didn't want to believe the bible when Isaiah said Spirit 4X but instead wanted Spirit 7X in Isaiah 11:2 adding to the text, and then went to Revelation 1 and turned the angels of the seven churches into 7 pastors, and now nobody can understand what the bible says unless you go to a preacher and let him teach all this doctrine. Because if you just read the bible it's clear from Revelation the 7 spirits before the throne are the seven angels of the churches which sound the 7 trumpets.

When I read that passage in Isiah I'm left with 6. But I thought the spirit of Truth spoken of by Jesus himself would be number 7. Seems more likely than naming one of the 7 spirits of the the Lord, "the spirit of the Lord". Just my opinion.

However when He the Spirit of truth has come He will guide you into all truth for He will not speak on His own authority but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. Throughout Jesus's ministry, he would speak as truth, the father dwelling in him.... Thuth is speaking.... my sheep know my voice.... there is also a false truth that deceives, its called a gullible mind.

Okay I never see someone twist Bible verses to match their narrative. And he didn't mention Zechariah 4:10 For who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the Lord, which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth. As you can see this verse is talking about seven individuals who saw, and rejoiced. So how seven spirits can be attributes?

Thanks for the explanation. In fact it says Spirits not spirits which suggests also that is speaking about the Holy Spirit. BTW in the title as well in the video you wrote sprint and not Spirit.

The seven spirits of God are different beings and not the Holy Spirit. They are before the throne of God. Father, Son and Holy Spirit sitting on the throne. The seven spirits of God are governors, tutors and teachers helping the sons of God (us) to mature into sonship. I'm really praying that you open your first love gate which is Jesus and you may ask Him to introduce them to you.

Seven spirits are Isaiah 11:2 Wisdom, knowledge. Understanding, Counsel( mysteries) Strength and Might ( ruach) Fear ( reverence) and Holiness ( which was taken out, but In Wycliff bible, oldest one not yet messed with) be holy as I am. Which all must have to enter the kingdom. Revelation, 5:4-6 these come only by what Yahusha Messiah was only sent to do, teach . Luke 4:54,, Mark 1:38, his teachings have never been taught, untill a few good men found them and in leading in prayer and Holy Spirit, began to be taught and now are on SoundCloud under The Assemble Of The Holy Apostles, since 2014 first on Radio then the Assembly. Please read the Bible and pay attention to love. Pray to the father he loves to answer. Ask for forgiveness, and understanding and then do it yourself for give others like you want God to do for you. Don't ask my father for something and turn and not do it yourself. He does not like that. He wants us to love, give peace and happiness, and raise up our children in the way of our lord.

The seven Spirits are God's attributes. The Holy Ghost. The spirit of might, the spirit of the fear of the Lord, the spirit of council... Isaiah talked about it. Oh, yes there is no trinity. God is a Spirit. God does all thing. Isaiah 11:2. That's God's attributes. Manifested in the person of Jesus Christ.

You missed the interpretation of the whole entire thing eyes represent those angels that record and report to God… angels are spirits that help those who are inheriting salvation…. You go to some cemetery school

Wrong. The seven spirits are not the Holy Spirit. That is stupid, demonic interpretation. The seven spirits of God are the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit, being filled in Christians sending out to all the earth by the seven churches thru the seven pastors.

There are not Three equal Pearson's of the Godhead. Yahuah Elohiym is the only Godhead. Yahusha Ha'Mashiach said, Give glory and praise to your Father in Heaven only! You cannot know the Father in Heaven, until you know His begotten Son. When Yahusha was raised from the dead and return to His original first glory; Yahuah Elohiym made Yahusha Ha'Mashiach Head of everything and everyone will bow to him in the end. But the third person in the Godhead you speak of is Yahuah spiritual presence; the Holy Spirit (Ruach Ha'quodesh) is not a person, but the actual spirit of Yah, who believes that Jesus (Yahusha Ha'Mashiach died for our sins, and believed on Him.

In the Bible, in Genesis, in the beginning, Almighty Father in Heaven (Yahuah Elohiym) and His begotten Son, who you call Jesus The Messiah (Yahusha Ha'Mashiach) created man in their own image. Where's the third Person in the beginning, since you have knowledge? The Roman Catholic church added in the trinity doctrine in the Bible around 3rd C.E. You're wrong. How can a creation (Jesus) be equal to the creator (God) in your version of a Trinity? God is over ALL, not equal to anyone or anything. There is no trinity as you have defined it. God created Jesus just as he did Adam. Also, God gave Jesus all power in heaven and earth, but God is still God. There is only one creator (God) and one saviour (Jesus). God created all life and Jesus will save us from it. No man cometh to the Father but through Jesus. How is that equal?
