Hi, can u pls tell me the current process of medical after ITA. I have received my ITA recently but confused about medical should i upload blank document as per new instruction or go for medical?

Dear Sir, I have entered wrong education details in my Express Entry profile as my actual starting date of bachelors degree was june 2017 and end date was june 2021. But I entered starting date as june 2018. Can I make changes as I have received ITA? Also in case of my masters degree, the starting date was July 2021 and the course work was from July 2021 to December 2022 and in last semester there were no exams or courses. I have mentioned starting date as July 2021 and end date December 2022. But in marksheet the passing date is June 2023. Will this impact my PR application? Or should I make changes in all these details befor submitting final application? Also I have been working part time from Nov 2018 to Nov 2022. And from Dec 2022 to till now, I am a full time employee. Please help me out sir.
