I recently found your channel. I am so in love with you all!! No, politics, no religion, no gun talks! I am blown away by your daughters knowledge of birds and chickens. Your love of your animals comes through. Seems like these days people are getting a few chickens, ducks, a pig and calling themselves farmers, or homesteaders, just to have a RU-vid channel. Agree. There is such mutual support between them....all for one and one for all. A chain is as strong as its weakest link. This family appears to be the original mutual admiration society....no one is higher than the other and all function as the well oiled machine. I have found thru the years that a family is strong where there is mutual respect and unconditional love. This farm is an oasis of these things.

When you take down your gazebo and sinks have a marker and as you remove pieces take pictures of each step and then in the bottom of each piece put ABCDE so you know that they will coincide with one another and if you take pictures of each step

When you take the gazebo down write numbers with a feltmarker on each piece as so you know where it goes that's what my husband and I always do when we take something down and we plan to rebuild it. Believe me me this way is great. Also makes it sooo much more easy to get the tight piece the first time. With no guessing,just make sure to write the numbers so they are clear to read. Your fatigue is your body telling you it needs to do repair work. As a registered nurse for almost 40 years, I know a few things, one of which is when your body has been assaulted by bacteria and subsequent damage, your immune system initiates the inflammatory response, including fever, swelling, redness of affected area and pain. And then the recovery phase happens, which can include weeks or months depending on how badly you were affected,and how healthy you were to begin with. The tiredness comes in part from your body putting all off it's energy into fighting that infection. Not just from the disease. Wise to nap while he can, especially with a move coming up. So smart to go see a doctor quickly. Always listen to your wife!

Yeah, I saw that episode. The dogs went right in it to. Plenty of room to spare. Just put some straw or wood chips on the floor for bedding and your good to go.

My sister loved sunflowers.....watching you cut, and put them on the table brought tears to my eyes. My youngest sister went to be with the Lord 2 years ago...she'd always put sunflowers on her table.

I have lupus. Not due to a tick bite I don't think at least. But I have been diagnosed since I was 18. It can be hard. I also have fibromyalgia and RA plus chronic fatigue syndrome. So being extremely tired even after sleeping and resting can be the hardest thing ever. All while keeping your normal life and job together lol

Lupus and all autoimmune diseases are caused by a family of over 200 gene mutations. Lupus is not caused directly by tick bite, like Lyme disease. However, all autoimmune disease has an environmental factor as a trigger for the disease process if you carry the gene mutations. With lupus, triggers can be infections, certain drugs, sunlight, etc. For MS, common triggers are Epstein Barr virus, cigarette smoke, trauma, and low vitamin D. The environment triggers are “unknown” in many cases.

We desperately need rain to moderate these fires. We're burning again and so is Canada. Here in Oregon we have the biggest fire in the country. And the fires this summer started 2 months earlier than last year. Meanwhile many reservoirs are drying up. That not only affects our supply of drinking water, but also our ability to generate hydroelectric power. Thank you for your prayers!
