What are we creating? such a great question..... I (THINK ) WE, as a divine creation by GOD ... are creators!!! of the/our future, thoughts create emotions which create an action ....we are energy.....so be it, positive or negative they both flow and we get to choose our reality... there is predictable power in thoughts .....we are amazing creation ... we are so powerful ...just in thoughts alone ...God Bless

Salam brother, Thank you so much for your great videos. Last year I read few books from Eckhart Tolle and they really helped me to stop thinking incessantly, however I felt there is something missing in his teachings and that was Islam and I want to spiritually grow as a Muslim. You have really helped me on this and closed the gap I was longing for. I truly admire and love you and try to listen to all your videos on RU-vid several times. Are you active in any other platform apart from RU-vid? And is there any book you would recommend... ( I continue to read Quran and Peak of eloquence in my own language).

major light bulb moment. "..ya Allah Please don't leave me to myself even for a moment.." I feel like I'm beginning to find more truth in surrendering then being lost in uncertainty. it's so painful to think about things I fear, that it cuts me off from my higher self, the self that knows there is only Allah's will and self-will is an illusion. I can only find Islam in peace not fear and my greatest fear is losing my self in that fear , when I feel that fear the only thing I can do to relieve that suffering is to surrender. how was I so blind to this before??!! This does not mean the internal war is over, it's a beginning of building an internal safe haven which the ego will continually try to distroy.. with Allah's blessing inshallah I will become stronger and then those forces that weaken "my" will which ultimately is the will of Allah and I am just a witness. I am ready to accept this challenge there is no turning back. Inshallah Alhamdullah. Thank you brother Ishan from the bottom of my heart. p.s. I now know the true meaning of the word Inshallah.

Anger is one of the most harmful characteristics and emotions we can experience, and it must be transcended so we can not only live in peace, but grow spiritually and draw closer to Allah Almighty.
