This audit takes place from the public sidewalk outside this Chase bank branch location. I had a few different interactions from customers & the bank manager. One of the customers exiting the parking lot thought I was conducting a social experiment...I guess you could say it is in the aspect of testing the public to see if my right to document in public will be respected. The bank manager had a different attitude. She took issue with my cameras recording the Brinks armored truck that pulled up into the parking lot. She threatened to call police because of my recording in public. I ultimately gave the bank manager a fail for mentioning calling the police, however there was no sign of law enforcement in the vicinity during the time I was there.
