What Bedrock Edition Could've Been 

As a 22yr old who bought Minecraft on the Xbox 360 All the way back in 2012 I truly wish I could go back. Since I bought My first Xbox one in 2019 And loaded up Minecraft Bedrock addition for the first time. My only thought was "Microsoft What have you done" And since then I still play regularly on Bedrock but It just doesn't Feel the same.

It's a pity that bedrock was created from the phone version - PE edition, and not from the console edition

Minecraft legacy console editions was the closest thing we’ve ever had to the original Java version, I honestly wish Bedrock edition was just it’s own thing and wasn’t trying to be the definitive version

This video hit me like a truck, but the truck was filled with nostalgia. I played Minecraft Bedrock (Legacy) Edition in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades with my siblings and father (mother never wanted to play 😂); sooo many memories. If I ever play on PC (which I intend to in the future), I am getting the mod pack Re-Console, no questions asked.

well they developed bedrock taking the lowest common denominator in mind, and that being phones. i started playing minecraft on my ipad back in 2012, so it all felt natural (in a sense) for me

Bedrock gets a lot of slack, but I've made good memories on it and it feels just like the minecraft I've always remembered. Nostalgia way too strong of drug. You're video is well made though so I'll leave a thumbs up!
