@Brutally Honest Guy it's not racist nor dangerous. Yes the political situation is not good as they show in media. If you ever meet a Belarusian then you will know they are the most friendly and helpful people. I am Indian and living here, I never once felt danger or racism here.

@Brutally Honest Guy no I was a medicine student in russia so there I met her in 2006 and got in relation in 2015. No not an IT guy, I am a business man. I do miss India almost every day. If corona wouldn't have happened then I would still be in India running my business. Plan was to start business here in Belarus but due to current political situation I will not invest here, neither will invest in India because political situation there too are not great currently.

You can't come to Belarus with Russian visa. You will need Belarus visa to enter Belarus. You can only get residency if you have a job or married to Belarusian. And finding job in Belarus is impossible without knowledge of Russian.

Come with business Visa, go to Delhi, and find embassy in chanakpuri, and you ask them for business Visa, and come and start small business, or simply import Indian products and hire one shop and start working. To work you need to know Russian language.
