Here with an update on the Mercedes CLS 63 AMG with engine problems, in part 2 you see why the engine was seized and what needs to be done to have an engine overhaul enjoy ! Follow me on Instagram: @namz_boost
Great video man, you definitley have some of the best content in this area. Super see through and just the everyday mechanic solving problems and taking us through it. Cant wait to see you blow up on RU-vid, also cant wait to see this AMG run again!
Thank you for posting a great update. I am sorry it's costing more than you'd hoped. Good luck with the rebuild, hopefully you'll turn a profit on this. Fascinating to see the insides of the engine and the commentary is brilliant, keep up the good work, I look forward to the next update.
Ive watched hundreads of this type of video but yours are so much more enjoyable your showing the full picture and explaining about the parts, price ect 👌👌
Namz we need more regular videos of engine rebuilds. Your the only guy that does this I look forward to watching your videos. Just wished there wasn't a big gap
Am new bro, I did see your last video I think 1 month a go you was happy buzzing, I wish it works out well for you good luck brother, amg part price crazy .
Very informative and interesting video.I have a Cls 219 with a bad turbo and possible oil cooler leak! The turbo when spun stiffens half way around.Nightmare!
Namz is sooooo knowable in this kind of business for such a young guy, well done 👏 and keep them videos coming I always look forward to the next one 😀👍
Namz your videos are quality. Really hands on and appreciate how you show your viewers every internal part. What could have caused this? Bad Oil or No Oil change? Are these common on big AMG cars?
It’s great to see how it aint always a win and sometimes you have to put your hands deep in your pockets. This is the reality for anyone who thinks otherwise.
Out of curiosity, how much was that bigger block ? If Mercedes was to supply that. Thank you for these amazing uploads. I feel like an apprentice. Hahaha
New block is definitely in order. The line home is ok but the nichelcell on the cylinders can not be duplicated and an overbore will remove this coating and the aluminum pistons will mar themselves against the aluminum block. Great videos man✌🏾
Let me ask you something. Are the connecting rods on your engine bent? I suggest putting after market connecting rods like from Blackboost. Because these engines bend the connecting rods if tuned and pushed really hard.
Oh wow, much appreciated bro, I will do, but you will find hard to get rid of me lol. Much love and respect to you guys and always proud to see a brother smashing it.
The AMG could be tuned hence having to adjust oil intervals to half the recommended by manufacturer which people don't so they kill their engines.. By the way, what's a good machine shop you use around London Namz?
Soon will be roaring inshallah, make sure them rods are straight they are known to bend,if the piston wrist design was a bit stronger the m157 would be one of the strongest AMG engines alongside the m113k
I been telling people that the rods in these engines bend no one believes me. I’ve seen scoring on the cylinder walls with a camera even on the m278 engines
Can u train me I feel like im capable and I know im adaptive . I have 6 senses so I can use my own initiative to complete something if I have the right team around me
