Transgender Hormone Therapy
I get asked about the effects of estrogen therapy on one's sexual desire, orientation, and libido an awful lot, so I hopped on to give a little info on what I've studied and (more importantly) what I have learned and observed from my patients about this topic. In short, libido generally decreases sharply at first, but can re-emerge later once the body has adjusted. But things will not be quite the same as before...
