I can’t tell you how much raw food has saved my life. Chronic pain gone after about 3 days of eating raw. I eat a giant salad daily and I juice a lot. This channel is a great help.

I usually make pancakes with leftover pulp and buckwheat flour or make a raw cream soup, but this looks amazing.

Love that you give options to people without dehydrator. I love these but will make them smaller using a scoop (like falafel. Love your recipes and vids! Really healthy raw.

This is reminiscent of my teen year's in the 1970's when me and my mom would make gallons of juice in an old centrifugal juicer. We would end up throwing out so much pulp. So I began to compost it for garden and house plant's but this is a far more useful and delicious application. Thanks for all your wonderful recipes.

Excellent idea! I'll try the refrigerated version, since I haven't invested in a dehydrator as yet. Thanks for the idea. You certainly made the unpalatable-looking juicing leftovers look yummy!

This is so helpful. I may buy a dehydrator very soon - there are so many things to do with it but I wish it wasn't so expensive. I'll try your fridge trick meanwhile. Thank you so much!

chtitmog check eBay for a used one? I think people buy them and don't end up using them 😊

I think i missed it but what do you do with the pulp when you don't have a dehydrater? Put it in the fridge? how long?
@therawchef
@therawchef Год назад
If you want to use the pulp for something else you can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

As I don’t have a dehydration facility, should I cook them at all? Please advise as I’m new to juicing & hate wasting food!

How can you make raw chive biscuits with coconut flour? I need a buttery tasting biscuit recipe and croissant!! Everyone else gets brunch, raw people don't. Coconut oil, coconut flour, almond meal, any ideas?
@therawchef

Coconut flour, ground almonds, cashews, salt, lemon juice, chives. Dehydrate.

I am just now "dehydrating" these in the oven for the next 8 hours. Does anybody know how long these will last afterward? In other words, could I eat these three days from now? Thank you.
@therawchef
@therawchef 5 лет назад
Yep, you’ll be good for 3 days in a sealed container in the fridge

Awesome recipe but cumin and coriander seeds are major components of the curry powder you used. So cumin and coriander are not unique to Mexican cuisine. Besides that I think cumin seeds actually are originally from India along with black pepper and turmeric. Many times cumin and coriander powders are major and only spices used in many Indian recipes.

Cumin seeds aren't originally from India.... they were a part of the mummification process in Ancient Kemet ( Egypt) other than Indian cumin is also used In Latin and African cuisines. Coriander is the tot he cilantro plant/leaf as an FYI.

I wasn't saying they are unique to Mexican cuisine. I was saying they are used in it.

I am Indian babe and read some food history ...no spice is Indian...we had done so much trade and business in ancient India that many things have become indigenous .I wonder before we did business what my people really ate lol.....we just grew them in our ground and u see soil and climate resulted in new species ...so I guess Indian food is more like ancient continental

@@adiroxlife I got tired of my mama threatening to beat my ass with a rolling pin if I didn't finish my roti and sabji. I have no idea how that fits into this comment section.

I just throw mine out in the yard. 😏 Yeah if the birds want it, they can have it. 🤔 Because to me that’s like fetching my shit out of the toilet and trying to make it into something delicious to eat.😝 Don’t waste your time,the idea of juicing is so that you can get all that goodness straight into you without all the fibre.🤗 Of course then eat some other flavour full whole foods. 🧐 I think some people are missing the whole point of juicing in the first place. 😜 Check out www.celeryjuice.com

What you want is clarity, lightness, focus, attention to lovely flavours and some inane noise just in case you can't digest some lovely ideas and information without the irrelevant information... a bit like throwing a MacDonald's and some old chicken gravy on your food. Noooooooooo........other wise;- thank you
