the US and UK have an extradition treaty and inciting a riot in the UK is a crime (also a crime in the US). Legally I doubt Musk will be extradited or convicted because UK law might have higher standards for convictions on incitement where it might be that musk would need to directly speak of the issues in the UK and promote unrest for the intention of incitement. He probably should be talking to a UK lawyer right now and work on his PR because the UK is a different country with a similar legal doctrine, but different laws.

Because the system is set up for you to vote in a party based in their manifesto which they are then expected to govern in a way which represents the people but said parties then go on to perform many U turns on their previous promises which got them into power, once they have the right to represent they go on to ignore the will of the people and do as they feel. The only real solution is the French system of MASS protests, feet on the ground and making noise, showing the government just how the people feel. Sadly the people here are pathetic and cannot organise mass peaceful protest or stand up for what they believe in - in a meaningful way and generally just act in their own interests, wilfully neglecting the greater good.

A case could probably be made that the last 14 years of Conservative governments have set in place the policies that will be the most detrimental to the indigenous people of the UK in history.
