You can definitely eat Blorgs, I have done so. Specially when you are riding on a platform while riding a lava pool. And you forgot to show the explosion 💥 of the Bob-oms, while it is exploding Yoshi can eat the explosion
Mega Mole was a new one for me all these years and to know there was still more to discover. Thanks for a great video and looking forward to seeing more like these in the future. Fun fact if you got some time to check it out in the Japanese version he can eat the Dolphins that are in the game. Found this by accident.

Watching Yoshi just casually eat a koopa kid during a boss fight was absolutely hilarious, out of everything the Bowser statues surprised me the most, especially the stationary ones, no wonder they don't want you bringing Yosh up in there. Also i know for a fact Yosh can eat Blargs but its very difficult, i've done it by accident before.
Fun fact: Yoshi is not allowed in castles because the fireball can glitch the game's graphical data if Yoshi's in the screen. Same thing happens for baby Yoshi, that is why you get a 1UP instead of a new Yoshi if you already have a Yoshi
@@nickname_on8725 in fact you can have two yoshis in the same level by opening two blocks, both with yoshi eggs, very fast. Then one will appear and then become invisible just as the second egg breaks. If you kill the visible yoshi, the invisible one will turn visible. You can do that by duplicating a block with a yoshi egg with (in a glitch where you bump a shell at the bottom half of the block) and opening the original block very fast.

I like how you say coins are off the menu, then later you show a small clip where Yoshi eats a coin but don't mention it. They just have to be enemies turned into coins! Usually by Mario's fireballs. Was really surprised the Koopalings can be eaten though.
I was surprised too about the Koopalings, but then it kinda makes sense because in normal gameplay its impossible to bring Yoshi to a koopaling fight, so the programmers never had to consider the issue of them being eaten.
@@mchevre You would think, but Yoshi is also normally not around other enemies or objects that cannot be eaten, like any ghost that doesn't appear on the Ghost Ship level or certain mechanical objects in castles and fortresses.
Yoshi can go into the Ghost Ship next to my castle in Chocolate Island, however. So it makes sense for them to fully program all the ghost interactions.

You can totally eat Blargs. Pro tip: press R to make the screen move right, and Blargs will jump slightly before you get to them, making them easy prey for Yoshi.
Totally true. It is difficult, but using the R Button trick, you can make them surface sooner so Yoshi can chow down. Make sure to bring him some Rolaids.
I know for a fact that Yoshi can definitely eat Blarggs, and it is possible while riding a skull platform. Yoshi can also eat bomb _explosions..._ for some reason.
Awesome! I love Yoshi and it was fun seeing what he can eat in Super Mario World! I was a little disappointed when you didn't mention that he can eat dolphins in the Japanese version, but I never thought he would somehow be allowed to eat the bosses! Please do this for Yoshi's Island too, the original one for the SNES! Yoshi's Island has so much stuff and it would be really fun to see everything the Yoshis can and can't eat! You'll also get a funny surprise with the Fuzzies...
U can eat the Blargs from the moving platform, u just have to time it right. I used to do it all the time. What u do is, when u see them go under the lava, get on the right side of the platform, quick jump, face left and eat when they jump at their most highest.
I moved the screen forward with the R button. Mario was then on the left side of the TV, but the Blargs still came out of the lava in the centre. Yoshi could eat them with ease.

Blarggs can be eaten but it’s very rare. My sister back in the younger days of the Super Nintendo, ate a Blargg once which shocked me and our other younger siblings XD
Well, technically, there is something for Yoshi to eat in Ghost Houses. There are P-blocks and trampolines. I am curious, though: Can Yoshi eat the Magic Ball at the end of the Sunken Ghost Ship? 🤔

Could this be the reason the Amazing Flyin’ Hammer Bro is so… amazing? As so many of Bowser’s other minions are easily devoured by Yoshi, being inedible would be incredible.
I have played this game who knows how many times and I was surprised by half of the stuff he could eat. Great video as always, the Yoshi toilet thing was funny, but I can't help laughing harder at the ridiculous Sumo noooooo....haha

One time i played supermario world affter my blood test and i actually ate a lava monster so its possible to eat a lava monster with yoshi Edit: i did this in world 3-3
7:18 Since Spinies are grouped with the Koopas and Buzzies as "Shelled" enemies in Mario Maker/Mario Maker 2, Yoshi can eat them, but not swallow them due to the swallow feature being taken out for things that aren't supposed to be swallowed, even if you leave Yoshi alone.

6:48 I don't think that has to do with what color Yoshi you use. Some Fuzzies are programmed to follow rails, while others (that only happen to be in segments you enter when Yoshi gets wings) follow the borders of blocks like Li'l Sparkies do, and the programmers probably accidentally made it so that Yoshi can eat one type but not the other. In fact, I remember looking at all the enemies in Lunar Magic and most of them wouldn't show up correctly if you didn't have the correct tilesets loaded for the current level - and in particular, Fuzzies and Li'l Sparkies would BOTH look like Fuzzies, or both look like Li'l Sparkies, or both look like some other incorrect sprite, depending on the tileset. And I don't remember the menu making any distinction between the two types of Fuzzies. Since Li'l Sparkies can be eaten, maybe the Fuzzies that can be eaten ARE Li'l Sparkies, just used in a level where they look like Fuzzies.
Some of this is just to make the video entertaining. Pretty sure they made fuzzies edible in that particular section since you are flying in a bonus sort of area
@@BlueTelevisionGames You're probably right. Sorry for my bad wording. I just meant maybe they meant to make the Fuzzies also edible in the other levels but didn't. Or maybe it was intentional that they're edible in that section but not edible in the other levels. Who knows really. Just thought it was interesting how Li'l Sparkies are one of the few castle enemies that can be eaten, and only certain Fuzzies can be eaten, and those Fuzzies also happen to be the ones that move similarly to LI'l Sparkies. Could be a coincidence but I still thought it was interesting. :)
The Dino torches Yoshi can eat if they are shooting upwards but if Yoshi tries to eat one when they are shooting towards Mario you will die with the Dino torch
