It's still surreal seeing CM Punk in a suit. This was a guy who attended a red carpet event in a hoodie and shorts over a decade ago. Never would you think he would be the suit type.
There is a interview about punk ending streak. Taker, vince etc thought Punk was ready and could be 1 to 1 with Cena but Phil wasn’t because of some look and one being not wearing Suits.
Glad CM Punk is back at WWE. It’s been so long since I’ve seen him in the ring. Am hoping we see a Punk v Cena match for Cena last run and someday Punk wins gold again.
I'm glad he's happy, he had a few moments in aew where he showed it but you can see a world of difference after he signed to wwe. He never wanted to leave, he just despised vince

Not dealing with children in the locker room. And he knows the boss will handle it properly. Any real man is going to be happier going into a work environment like that. Only children (which surprisingly are a lot in these comment sections) can't grasp that concept.

Dave says a lot of things. Some of the things he says are performative. They must be. I mean he clearly doesn't really hate him. Even as not the biggest CM Punk myself I wouldn't be hostile too him in real life unless he was hostile to me. I'm guessing Dave is just being cordial.

Yeah, you have to grow up some time. Being so anti-, establishment in your 40s is kinda cringe. I'm not saying you have to be a sell out btw. You just have to know how and when to pick your battles instead of being against the establishment for the sake of it.
