How truethfull is it that when submitting a screen script to a movie production you don't really have to apply for a copyright certificate but just embed a copyright disclaimer at the bottom of your script cover page and in that way it is automatically protected in a way that whenever your script/idea is stolen SA copyright law may back you up?
