Stuzha can mean "really cold" so "Project Sheer Cold" then maybe the plan is to bring the freeze to Natlan or to the rest of Teyvat.

Stuzha means frost from russian. Dragonspine is cold bcuz the let lines are dead there. I crack (theorize) that Dottore will burn down irminsul which will cause teyvat to be engulfed in an ice age

If the House of the Hearth is going to suffer a lot from the project, I wonder if there could be a point Arlecchino just decides to split the House and herself from the Fatui entirely maybe with our or the other nations' help (like Neuvillette) and if that could lead to another Harbinger seat being left vacant. I feel like there should be a point where she just considers what the others are doing as crossing the line and being a lot closer to what the previous Knave was doing, and maybe something just snaps in her patience. By then, they could end up either just be left to their own devices or be another group to look out for in a wider fight in the future.

I think it's a political project after all, since, as you said, Regrator and Rooster are primarily politicians, and House of the Hearth are primarily spies. I would assume that in the eyes of politicians children's value as spies greatly outweighs their value as test subjects. Since Stuzha means Frost in Russian, it could be just a metaphor for spreading Snezhnaya's influence across Teyvat (maybe initiating coups in other nations to put them under Snezhnaya's control?)

Hearing about project Stuzha kinda makes me think and even hope that the story of the fatui and the tsaritsa does not end in Snezhnaya

I'm still curious if the scene of Dottore watching Irminsul burn in the "Winter's Night Lazzo" trailer was meant to be literal or figurative. After all, we still don't have a Sumeru chapter titled "Truth Among the Pages of Purana", although it has been theorized that the name was in fact meant for the main Sumeru chapters and was simply changed during production. Still, I'm interested if those seemingly incomplete elements come back.

I have a feeling the Fatui were considering to stop human exp and then altogether after Scaramouche left. Their best subject is lost to Sumeru, the knights kicked out their only connection for test subjects in Mondstadt, Inazuma destroyed their factory, and now Arlecchino is being difficult. Liyue is good at protecting their children so they had to resort to treasure hoarders to find “test subjects” but they aren’t much help either. I believe Dottore is more busy with burning Irminsul to be involved in a political project which I believe that’s what Stuzha is. It’s a new way to destabilize Teyvat to make a false impression on Celestia’s order and become the new hero themselves.

my theory is that its more centered towards the doctor himself. project stuzha will be a mission to continue what the doctor left behind and go to the abyss and find the physical form of the irminsul, since the late doctor got deleted cause nahida ordred the doc in sumeru to self destruct all of himslef, fatui/house of the hearth(fodder) will be sent to the abyss with the current doctor and use the flames from arlechinno which was *coincidentally* also mentioned in the same story where we learned about project stuzha, there doctor will burn the tree and then we get to see colleis dream where a doctor smiling on a burning tree

A lot of people thinking that the project will involve literally freezing Teyvat, but I don't see how that will make any sense nor help the Tsaritsa in dealing with HP though.

actually the theory about it being related to the abyss is really interesting. tartaglia, as we know, is heavily linked to the abyss, being someone who fell into it at a young age and came out basically unscathed. not only just him, but skirk as well. and tartaglia is probably the only link they have to skirk. since he is kind of the main weapon to this all, it seems likely. i hope we learn more about this project.

Someone mentioned the burning of Irminsul being part of the project, and I think this is a really good point. Dragonspine is cold because of 1. The celestial nail, and 2. The ley lines being dead. Seeing as the ley lines are CONNECTED directly to Irminsul, it would make sense that by Dottore burning down Irminsul (which is confirmed to happen in the game’s future by the devs), all of Teyvat’s ley lines would go down with it. While the literal translation of “stuzha” can mean frost or cold, we also have to remember that different areas can be affected in completely different ways, and we even have examples of this with things such as the chasm. I think the name “Project Stuzha” might be more in reference to the coldheartedness of the Tsaritsa, rather than any literal translation of the plan itself. After all, she wants to “burn the old world away.” Maybe, her plan is more in reference to burning away the Irminsul itself, and beginning anew in Teyvat by wiping out memories of the old and replacing them with the concepts of no loss or pain.

My wildest theory is this stuzha related to khaenriahns, since at khaverna quest, from scattered notes khaenriah can't go to the surface without being turned into hillicurls. What if the eternal cold (stuzha) is what kept them from being cursed in overworld? Idk, since kaeya is cryo user, or the one higher up harbinger is khaenriahn who currently in snezhnaya, which has the similarity.. either live in cold area/ have ice power or vision. 😅 or maybe something to annul the curse I agree for the super soldier reason too, plus aside tsaritsa, khaenriahns definitely have grudge to celestia.. let's say this project is to make people who want to wage war against celestia have easier mobility lmao

Disagree on your guess on childes function, he is a distraction. He is as one note about that as Noelle is about not being promoted. (Distract teacher, distract zhongli, distract arrlechino to buy traveler time, distract the narwhal) Literally every appearance he has made sans inazumas misty dungeon (though he was sidetracked on his stated objective of finding scaramuche by doing that event, distracted himself that time I guess) If childe is involved it's as a RED herring. We may see him deliver a message from skirk, potentially also as a distraction from project stuza

The beginning is really interesting! Because did u see what dainsleif said in the 4.7 sp? "The loom of fate is already completed" which we might see something happen mos likely in natlan not fontaine because the "loom of fate" hasnt been initiated yet? But if u think abt it, arent the abyss and the fatui kind of on the same goal? To possibly ressurect (or re-create) the third decender (who i like to beleive is Nibelung)? Its kinda weird. But maybe the difference is that the fatui is "burning away the old world" but the abyss twin has different plans(i think might be engulfing the heavens). But idk. All my speculation(s)

Not related to the video but the next part of the game reaches the part of the Tsaritza and 6 tribes of Natlan... Pale Princess and the Six Pygmies... 😅 And that's why we know nothing about Natlan. And how crucial their plan will be (check the summaries of the book volumes).

Ok, so let's say that Stuzha is an economical and political project, like you said - why involve Childe with it, then?

I think certain RU-vidrs really need to grasp the difference between their own headcanons and theories, especially when the former are usually based on cringe shipping. It happens way too often, and it's getting tired to see people trying to force things even when the truth has already been established (i.e. Dottore being from Fontaine, when he says he is from Sumeru, and even to dispel confusion, in 3.5 says he is NOT FROM FONTAINE AT ALL.) He is very obviously from Sumeru and his outfit even reflects this, though it has Snezhnayan elements as well since he lives there now, so it only makes sense he would want to adapt to that cold climate, though also to reflect how split his heart is between his homeland and where is now. Even so, some stupid people still tried to say he was from Remuria, etc. not taking the truth for an answer, and one of these lesser quality 'theory' channels even said Antoine Rogers was Dottore flying to Fontaine, LOL. All sis had to do was zoom in and clearly see it was a blond male NPC. 💀 Yet she still presented it as Dottore being involved in the Fontaine AQ, which - surprise - he wasn't. Reverse-engineering things you *want* to be true is never a good way to start your research into something, or in this case, theorising. There was zero mention of Dottore in project Stuzha, or even of human experimentation. It was said to be "a dangerous mission," so it most likely involved sending Arlecchino and the orphans somewhere very dangerous, since the true goal of it is to acquire further control of the HoTH, as it being fairly independent makes Pulcinella specifically very nervous (which is why Childe is involved, presumably, it seems to be operating on borrowed authority from the Tsaritsa, since he is Mayor, so it is possible even she does not know of it.) If Dottore was involved, I think Arlecchino would be a LOT more concerned, since he has not only the status, but the actual power to subdue her (literally, at that, considering he has power rivalling an Archon and she, well.... *doesn't,* even with her Mary Sue abilities, whereas he has such wonderful power through his own hard work despite being born an ordinary human, like the strong alpha male he is. 🥵💖✨) If Dottore wanted the HoTH, he would've had it a long time ago, and would've forced Arlecchino's hand especially considering she had just been pardoned for murdering a Harbinger, he could've said she was unruly, not a team player, bossy, difficult to get along with, and needed to be shown her place (which would just be the truth, tbh), but he respected her answer like a true gentleman and left it at that. We even see with Nahida that he prefers to obtain things fairly and through hard work, not cheap tricks, abuse of power, or underhanded tactics even at the cost of his own research in that instance, which is why he is so respectable, whether the fandom cares to admit it or not, it is the truth. Bringing up the manhua is also really not that productive, since it's very clear Dottore as a concept has evolved a lot from those days, so much so that Dottore may as well be a Segment (and likely was.) Many concepts from it have been completely transformed too, like for example, diplomats are now the Harbingers themselves, not random people, and Dottore is a lot smarter, more methodical, calculating, and not a maniac like the manhua Segment was. Even more introverted and complex. He could not be more different, so much so he got an entirely new design to reflect that, and y'all still are trying to bring the manhua prototype/Segment into things that involve Zandik/Omega, which makes no sense. Or, in this case, into things that don't even involve Zandik/Omega, since he was not mentioned as being part of Stuzha at all, at any point in time. I think, if he was, Hoyo wouldn't hesitate to say it considering how much they love dragging his name through the mud to "redeeem" glupshitto Harbingers who would've been better off dying and absolving them of all responsibility for their bad actions by bringing Dottore into it and blaming him instead (which was lazy slop the first time it happened, now it's just eye-rolling lazy slop.) In any case, Pulcinella and Pantalone are the ones mentioned, as well as Childe (likely, because Pulcinella roped him into it, since we know he is a "mentor" to him, and it would appear Pulcinella and Pantalone are very close, going by both Stuzha and their dialogue in WNL, with Pantalone kind of disingenuously protesting the 12 hour break, followed by Arlecchino lashing out at them both, but with particular focus on Pulcinella, with Childe and Sandrone stopping the bickering. (An interesting aside is that Dottore and Columbina do not get involved to defend anyone in that spat, lol, and Columbina doesn't speak at all during the funeral, but ONLY speaks to Dottore after that - to date, her only voice line is with Dottore, and we know she will be working with him in the future, so at least someone is kind to him, as he is to her. Aside, but it's cute to remember. ❤) In any case, Stuzha seems to be a dangerous mission, at least according to Lyney's dialogue on it, so it most likely involves sending the HoTH and Arlecchino to a dangerous place, or putting them in a bad situation where Arlecchino has no choice but to acquiesce control over the HoTH to Pulcinella and Pantalone specifically (tho tbh, most likely primarily to Pulcinella, under threat of resources being withdrawn by Pantalone, which may leave them completely stranded in said mission, and thus likely to die without Fatui assistance.) If Dottore was involved, I don't think Arlecchino could afford to dismiss it so casually, either. He has the power, intelligence, and will to make things happen, and is stronger and better than her in every conceivable way. He also brought back TWO Gnoses at once, so he has more favour than any other Harbinger on his efficiency alone. I don't think he would even have to do such a stupid op like this to get his way, let alone on a weak Harbinger like Arlecchino. The ones who WOULD have to, though, would be even weaker Harbingers, which is why we see Pulcinella and Pantalone mentioned, with Childe as a tag-along. Just because Harbingers collaborate on one project or aspect doesn't mean they will collaborate on everything, or that they even like each other, i.e. Crucabena collaborating with Dottore on the former HoTH doesn't mean she was involved in any of his other work, or Dottore involved in whatever dealings and partnerships she had with other Harbingers. Dottore and Sandrone having a partnership re: ruin guard research doesn't mean she's involved in his other projects, or that he is always involved in hers, though they may get along. We know for a fact that, despite collaborating, Dottore and Scaramouche HATED each other, even before 3.5 AQ interlude, as we see in various instances there, and just because Dottore and Pantalone have one instance of collaboration doesn't mean Dottore will be involved in Pantalone's other dealings, and we definitely know Pantalone is not involved in Dottore's other known dealings/partnerships with other Harbingers, past and present. Likely, just as with every other Harbinger, just approvals for research funding, since Pantalone is in charge of the money and otherwise very weak so he isn't exactly useful to Dottore in any other way, though that also happens to be the position and currently tense partnership Arlecchino is in, since he approves ALL HoTH funding as well, and they've been living it up in mansions so of course he wants control over the lavish spending Arlecchino seems to do - not least because he is an avaricious person, and Arlecchino is a wasteful, needlessly opulent one. It's a money sink if there aren't results and the HoTH isn't actually a charity, it's an intelligence agency, so they want control over what they funded and built. Honestly, as cold as it is, Pulcinella and Pantalone aren't in the wrong for it, their method of resolving it is just cheap and nasty, but so is Arlecchino so I'm not going to cry about it, let them fight, lol. So, yeah, crack theory without really any backing whatsoever, and Hoyo themselves already killed off any suspense there could've been with Arlecchino saying not to worry about Stuzha, implying it's probably not even going to happen, which is why it's in a slop SQ and not an interlude, which is where the important things happen. (Scaramouche for example got an interlude because the Irminsul manipulation was a key aspect of lore, despite him being entirely unimportant as a "person," Arlecchino is unimportant in every way though, which is why she just has a SQ, was neglected in the AQ, and is just whatever now, lol.)
