Rose Island amusement park in Indiana was the center of fun for families who wanted to enjoy a day at an incredible resort. Between the dance hall and hotel patrons could enjoy the roller coaster, swimming pool, merry-go-round and more - until the devastating flood of 1937 erased most of it from existence! But there were remnants left behind to that glorious age along the Ohio River! We had heard stories of what you could find but had to see it for ourselves.
