Pity he's being wasted on Jericho. And for anyone to say "oh it's not a waste" then how come his last few Ws over him hasn't led to title shot ramifications? You pin the inaugural champion a few times and you only get 1 shot, which was with Moxley? And that was before the Jericho rivalry. Ehhhhhhh I don't know.

It’s just amazing to see really. I’m sure you’re an old school wrestling fan ( nothing wrong with that I study the greats from every era not just mine ) but it’s great to see as a wrestling fan period.

@@DUFFYISBACK disagree, they’re on the same level. I think we’ve seen more of MJF recently and I might be biased but i’d say he has stronger emotion. Punk on the other hand seems to be better at free styling or going off script. Just my observations though.

When people talk about a once in a life time performer you think of people like HBK, Undertaker, Rock, Hogan, Austin, etc etc... MJF could keep up with any of them on the mic and not look out of place. Even Austin in 1998 or Rock in 1999.

Going with MJF on this one Jericho winning does not do anything for him but MJF winning this is huge. On next week show he could say that I retired one of the best who has ever done it in the ring this will not only cement him as the number 1 Heel in AEW but one of the best Heels in the entire world I easily see him as the next Heel AEW World Champion when this is all set in stone.

MJF has done great work in promo, facial expressions, and in-ring act to drag nuclear heat from the fans. Once he finishes his feud with Jericho, CM Punk might want to work with him ever since he saw him as a little kid during a signing.
