Love hearing other clinicians that have been trained by Kelsey with target tissue training like I have. To this day these principles truly stand the test of time and can apply to every part of the human body. Thank you.

3:36 "...over a matter of weeks and months and years." If you´d have to "unload" your body for that long in order for your cartilage to get better, your bones would definetely suffer, because they need loading. So the next thing looming would then be osteoporosis. Also: how do you make sure, to never overload your cartilage during that period, when you have to walk stairs, carry groceries (up the stairs) etc.. Seems unrealistic to me.

I have a partial root tear of the posterior lateral meniscus with intrasubstance cyst, I can't exercise, rest, sleep, 24/7 without pain, swelling, stiffness. So exercise makes the injury symptoms worse, doing nothing doesn't help. I need to get equivalent strength but I can't do the exercises because of the mechanical symptoms so what can I do? Surgery may or may not help and the recovery healing process is long. You can exercise and do PT all you want but it won't help.
